As long as EPF & KWAP keeps on selling supported by IBs who keeps on issuing Call Warrants on a monthly basis, Myeg would not move much. Also we need to see how Myeg deals with it's tax obligations for Zetrix token profit? Income tax may review Myeg's Income declaration for penalties or raise additional tax which will affect its bottom line?
If free, take a look at Iris, Kobay for Tech & DC play or Engtek for Water & DC play as associated with Ranhill & YTL power play. We can always come back later to Myeg after the dividend & share reinvestment plan?

In the first quarter of 2024, MY E.G. Services Bhd (MYEG) experienced a significant boost in net profit, rising by 47.09% to RM155.83 million compared to the same period last year. This growth was primarily driven by contributions from its Zetrix blockchain platform services and the sale of Zetrix tokens. The company’s revenue also increased by 34.49%, reaching RM232.96 million during Q1 202412. MYEG expects to continue introducing innovative services leveraging blockchain technology (specifically its Layer 1 blockchain platform, Zetrix) to drive organic growth in 2024. Additionally, Zetrix has been integrated with China’s national blockchain platform, “Xing Huo,” allowing cross-border trade and expanding MYEG’s global reach. The long-term outlook for MYEG remains positive as they continue to introduce innovative services both in Malaysia and globally.

Today, Zetrix is focused on two primary applications, which are for cross-border trade and for cross-border government document verification.
MyEG works closely with Mimos Bhd on their Malaysian Blockchain Infrastructure project to provide the modules required by the government and enterprises.
Going global
More than two decades ago, when MyEG introduced online services, Wong shares that he regrets it having been “overly focused” on the Malaysian market and not extending its e-government services and solutions outside of the country.
This is why, with Zetrix, Wong is steadfast on aggressively targeting the international market.
“For Web3, the application we are rolling out, which is cross-border trade, by its very nature involves many more markets, many more countries and many more governments,” he says.
“We are still very early in the blockchain technology cycle. Many silos will be built on blockchain over the next 20 years, many of which we cannot even imagine today,” says Wong.

Government is good at backtracking as Pestech is currently back on Aerotrain Project in JV with IJM. Iris substantial shareholder Dato' Robin's father is TSVT who enjoys good relationship & lobby with present Govt & Royalty. Iris could also comeback into Niise Project through a JV with the successful bidder as Immigration is still using Iris Border Security Management Equipment & Systems. Arbitration with Government on quantum of compensation for Iris on Niise termination is also ongoing? Otherwise why the long delay to announce the successful bidder and why the sudden strong buying at Iris as 2nd wave of uptrend underway!

As long as EPF/KWAP keeps on selling, IBs will support with monthly issue of Call Warrants to keep Myeg price low Also the Share dividend & Share reinvestment plan will dilute shareholder's value. Don't forget about the additional Corporation Tax that Myeg may have to pay for Zetrix token profit? Better buy Iris as got positive momentum and comes back after price correction to a more comfortable value?

These stocks have rebounded from yesterday's lows while Myeg is still finding directions? Following the signing of the 'Joint Statement of the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia and GACC on Single Window Cooperation in Cross-Border Trade' on 19 June 2024, the Company received notification letters dated 27 June 2024 from EL, on the connectivity deployment with ZTrade services for the following cross-border trade facilitation services:
Recognition of Certificate of Origin issued by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia and GACC; and
Recognition of Phytosanitary Certificate and other product certificates issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia and GACC.
Accordingly, with the completion of this deployment, live connectivity of the ZTrade services to GACC’s Single Window platform is now enabled. Please refer to https://ztrade.ztradefi.com/ for more details.
Above connectivity deployment announcement is major catalyst for MYEG after years of development and R&D to commercialize the usage of Zetrix. Finally companies can start register and using the Ztrade starting with Malaysia companies and will be opening to Indonesia and other countries within this and next year. to This will be major contribution to MYEG in coming quarters result.

It is very2 difficult, I repeat very2 difficult to penetrate and be part of the process with China custom clearance system. Imagine how big ASEAN countries market that do trading with China. This Ztrade is not additional cost to trading companies, instead it will be more cost saving and efficient for trading companies to use Ztrade in comparison to existing custom clearance process.
