Jotech Holdings Berhad is principally engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company was principally engaged in the design and fabrication of toolings, prototyping, precision metal stamping and sub-assembly services. The Precision Stamping Division (PSD) comprises four wholly owned and a 60% owned subsidiaries. The Malaysian subsidiaries are Jotech Metal Fabrication Industries Sdn Bhd (JMF) and Yee Heng Precision Stamping Sdn Bhd, which are located at Johor and JP Metal Sdn Bhd (JPM) at Selangor. PT Indotech Metal Nusantara (Indotech) is located in Jakarta, Indonesia and GuangDong Jotech Kong Yue Precision Industries Ltd (JKY) is located at JiangMen City, China. On February 5, 2010, Jotech acquired Yee Heng Precision Stamping Sdn Bhd. On March 17, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in two oil palm plantation companies, Malgreen Progress Sdn Bhd and Cergas Fortune Sdn Bhd.
