Nilai Resources Group Berhad, formerly known as PK Resources Berhad, is a Malaysia-based company engaged in the provision of management services and investment holding. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in three segments: property development; education, and hotel and leisure. Other operations of the Company and its subsidiaries comprise of investment holding, landscaping, and operations and leasing of a quarry. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company completed the development projects in Putra Nilai, namely Desa Kolej, Impiana Residence and Acacia Park. The Desa Kolej and Acacia Park projects comprise of 221 units of double-storey homes while Impiana Residence consists of 128 units of cluster semi-detached homes. In 2009, the Company completed its four-star Nilai Springs Resort Hotel located within the grounds of Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club.
