Israeli sergeant killed in northern Gaza: report
According to the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, Sergeant Noam Israel Abdo was killed during the fighting in the northern Gaza Strip on Monday.
The 20-year-old soldier was as a resident of Israel’s Makdima-Zoran neighbourhood just north of Tel Aviv, the report said.
According to the military, 729 soldiers and 67 police officers have been killed in the Gaza war.
