what trump is doing now is right, other people only see one sided story, and have not taken into acount of complete picture happening in national economy.other countries have not been fair in trade, and are more protectionist in place,without you noticing it,like hide taxes,sale taxes ,etc, for example ,red China.

What is the root problem ?
Household income 5000 RMB is a middle class in China, just like middle class in US need 5000 USD. Middle class spending is the the driver for any economies.
US was able to enjoy high quality of life at the expense and exploitation of others. But US has no more added advantage over the rest of the world now especially when it has to compete with emerging countries like China.

Minimum wage for China 13 RMB per hour.
Minimum wage for US 13 USD per hour.
Trade union in US kills all investment from foreign countries.
China has no such problem.
Cost for doing business is very much less in China, talk of land cost, labour cost, insurance, transport (except petrol), energy cost, legal cost etc.

US has no more technological advantage when come to industrial products for civilian usage.
Nanochips technology no more monopolized by Intel.
Many western countries, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan have developed their own nano-technology equally advance compared with US product.
You should take note most of the so-called US product like Intel, Western Digital etc are not manufactured in US but in countries like Malaysia, Thailand and China.

Similar product bearing same brand name with same quality when it is manufactured in US is 6 time more expensive than those manufactured in China.

Apple with Apple, solar panel with solar panel, steel with steel, what is produced by Donald Duck cannot compete with what is produced by Xi Jinping.

How to overcome this problem?
Why US was able to enjoy working less with higher income?
Still can remember once 40" plasma TV selling at RM 13,000 ?
Still can remember one bottle-size Motorola mobile phone selling at RM 23,000 ?
Those days are over.
So Donald Duck must come back to real world of today.

In order to save US economy, US citizen must prepare to work harder for lesser pay.
Instead of 13 USD per hour, Donald Duck should reduce it to 6.5 USD per hour.
If on everage every household earns 2500 USD per month, earning 3000 USD a month is good to be middle class in US. That is still earning 3 times more than the Chinese workers.

If Chinese workers can survive on 13 RMB minimum wage, no reason why US workers cannot survive cannot on a 6.5 USD hourly wage?
