The Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia (APHM) has submitted a proposal to the government, asking for approval to procure and administer the vaccines to those able to pay for it, in order to speed up the process of achieving herd immunity. Government should encourage this! Why, because vaccine is free to all! But the rich, they can afford to pay premium and jump que! So not a problem at all!
