I think it is fair to charge higher for water loh!!
Rent & workers salaries all are very expensive mah!!
If they do not charge higher price how to recover their overheads leh ?

Learn from F&B in Korea. Serving/providing free tap/filtered water should be a basic courtesy to customers.

People forget....if they give u free water....they need to recover from their higher food price mah!

There's still cost of washing the glass or disposable cups! To keep cost at minimum, encourage self service! Better still install those water vending machine near shops or restaurant! Or bring your own bottle water!
