銀行不批貸款，無殼族只能繼續望屋興嘆！

檳城房屋仲介及發展商近期頻頻投訴，隨著國家銀行縮緊房貸申請，商業銀行嚴格審核申請者償還條件，已使到月入4000令吉的打工一族面對購屋困難的處境。目前，在檳城40萬令吉以下的房屋更出現有價無市的情況，陷入近30年來最嚴重的滯銷情況。根據處理銀行房貸事務的行內人透露，州內申請房貸被拒的情況以中低收入群最嚴重，每10個廉價屋貸款申請者，至少有5個人因薪水過低遭拒，而發展商提供的資料也顯示，州政府呈交的中廉價屋獲分者名單中，平均每100人只有5個人“配對成功”，最終成功購得房屋。除了部分申請者因不滿意房屋地點，其中有近半數的申請者是因申請不到銀行貸款，而望屋興嘆。
