Sheet metal products manufacturer and scaffoldings supplier BWYS Group Bhd’s (KL:BWYS) initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia is making available 256.3 million new shares, as well as an offer for sale of 100 million existing shares, at 22 sen apiece. (TheEdge)
