The trouble with China......While they have their own anti corruption campaigns in China, they go round the world bribing every dictator and corrupt official, ......This as their standard operating procedure.....and therefore become a curse for the rest of us.

In the case of ECR, as Mahathir stated, the terms are very strange......payments are based on a fixed schedule irrespective of work done.

It has now been confirmed that up to $ 20 billion has been released direct from China banks to payees. In accordance with the loan agreements, the loan amounts never even come into Malaysia but to be released from China banks to designated payees in China. ( more likely than not, Najib is one of the designated payees) . What ever has been released has become a debt obligation by the borrower, which is the Malaysian government.

so now, we have an Hobson's choice....no good choice. Mahathir even at a lost what to do.........what can you do to advise Mahathir?

Malaysia wants and needs good relations with China.......what can be done?

of course, you try to renegotiate with China.......and then what happens?

Do you go to the World Court to try to get back some of the $ 20 billion already released?

Do you go to the court of public opinion?

and if you cannot get a stop work order enforced on China?

How far will China bullly Malaysia into accepting their terms?
