Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Hi Guys,

I just came back from lunch. I heard from pau seller that Cooking oil has just increased by Rm9.00 for a Rm5kg bottle. And with 6% GST already burdening the rakyat with no safety net for Petrol price rise (petrol subsidy phased out) the Rakyat will be hit hard by rising consumer prices next year!

This ill omen is the forerunner to the hammering of consumer stocks, consumer discretion stocks, banking stocks and real estate stocks. So if you hold these stocks you fortunate ones who got 1st Hand Research News here please sell and run fast fast now!

1) Consumer Discretionary stocks will be hard.

As the people have less and less disposal income they will not buy or they will postpone or they will repair consumer  discretionary items like TV, fridge, cars,  washing machine, dish washer, clothes dying machine. What companies will be impacted?

Answer:

Panasonic, UMS, Khind, all car companies like UMW (aiyoo I own this one), Oriental (Honda), Tan Chong & others.

So all Flat Steel companies should be sold and avoided like CscSteel, Mycron, Melewar, Aisb and other Flat Steel cold roil or hot roil stocks should be avoided. All these produce flat steel sheets for car bonnets, tv panel, fride doors, aircond steel panel & others which will drop in demand.

2) Consumer food & consumable stocks will also be impacted

Examples are Fiamma, DKSH, Bonia & others which will see dwindling sales.

3) All Banks will be impacted as loan margins will squeeze. And with restriction to housing & car loans the bottom lines will be affected. Sell all Banking counters now.

4) Real Estate Will Be Affected as Govt only takes care of Prima Housing.

With thin margins prices cannot go up much. So better sell those pure Real Estate Stocks.

What should you do?

Follow TTB of ICapbiz & keep cash in Bank?

No! No! NO! A BIG NO!!

Keeping Cash in Bank will be wrong for 2 Reasons:

1) FD is 3%. So what is the P/E for investing in Cash?

100/3 = 33.3

Ha! P/E at 33.3 is a lousy investment. So forget TTB.

2) Inflation from 6% GST, Rising Food Prices. Rising Petrol Prices. Keeping Cash in Bank also very dangerous!

Inflation will erode & devastate its value! You will end up holding ringgit with SHRINKING VALUE Year after Year!!

Your purchasing power will go down and you will end up poorer and poorer by doing nothing to protect yourselves.

There are 2 Things to Buy Now (According to Calvin Tan Research)

1)LANDED HOUSES IN ISKANDAR (JOHOR)

a) Low cost houses below Rm150,000 in Iskandar

b) Single Storey houses below Rm250,000 in Iskandar

c) Double Storey houses below Rm400,000 in Iskandar

These are Very Cheap & Undervalue compared to those in KL, Selangor & Penang which are 100% to 300% more expensive than those in Iskandar.

In Iskandar these landed houses get a yield from 5% to 6%. Better than Bank FD and prices will appreciate further due to those working in Spore at S$1.00 for Rm3.00. So while prices in KL/Penang might stagnate Prices in Iskandar will continue to rise

2) UTILITY STOCKS & GLC LINKED STOCKS DUE TO GE14

In Very Bad Times Like 1929 to 1939 US GREAT DEPRESSION

Utility Stocks Survived.

In Malaysia these are PBA & YTL POWER. Both highly defensive as they deal with basic needs of life - Water & Electricity.

So these 2 Stocks are Very Safe.

GLC GOVENMENT LINKED STOCKS (Own by Khazanah, EPF, Amanah Saham Bumi, Tabung Haji & Others)

These Ones Will Be Bufferd by GOVT INITIATIVE TO KEEP THEM ALIVE AND PROFITABLE

They are

1) MRCB (Great things coming soon)

2) TIME.COM (Already up a lot)

3) UEM EGENTA (Also up a lot already)

4) WCT (Moving now)

5) DRBHICOM

6) OTHERS

May all at i3 Forum Avoid Losses & Prosper in Difficult Times

WARM REGARDS

Calvin Tan Research

Note: When Calvin saw Shale Oil emanating from North Dakota Calvin issued sell call on all Oil & Gas Companies & Palm Oil Companies like JTiasa which will be hit by biodiesel crash. . Calvin also told Uncle KYY to sell all JTiasa at Rm2.70

Uncle KYY sold his JTiasa like no tomorrow. So JTiasa crashed from Rm2.70 to less than Rm1.10 - a crash of 60%

So be WISE now.

The Bible says,

"A Prudent man foresees the evil and hides himself; but the simple(simpleton) pass on and are punished (suffer losses).

Does oil related to steel ??!!

You cannot see the picture:

It's like this:

Rise of Cooking Oil, Petrol & 6% GST will eat away the spending power of consumers.

If you got Rm3,000 to Rm5,000 pay a month

And if after you pay housing loan & car loan you only have Rm1,500 left for food?

So Rm1,500 = Rm50 a day for food.

Now a meal can cost Rm10 one time

So 3 meals = Rm30

Ha you still got Rm20 left

Now if you food increased from Rm10 to Rm15 due to inflation

So 3 meals = Rm45

After deducting from Rm50 disposable income only got Rm5 left

Rm5.00 how to buy fridge?

CscSteel is used to make fridge

Whatever Calvin talk, all will flow back to his stocks, that's the main objective, others? better fall.

YOU ARE PART RIGHT AND ALSO PARTLY WRONG!

Calvin wants to promote the Best Safest Stock that are laggards with potential.

Calvin only warn some stocks in imminent danger

This is to save all my Friends in 13 Investors Forum

Remember - The Flow of Information precedes the flow of wealth.

Also the first to take warning will escape safely with minimal losses

Those heedless ones?

Will end up losing everything like those who bought Transmile at Rm15, IFCA at Rm1.87, Sumatesh at 80 cts & XOX at 60 cts

So to be forewarned is to be forearmed

Protect yourselves from losses.

Go into potential stocks to profit!

Agreed,

Yes, for all long steel like Annjoo, SSteel, Masteel & Prestar which sells guardrails.

Btw

I made very good monies from both Prestar & Masteel (45% to 200%)

I switched all to undervalue laggards like MRCB & DRB now.
