Ms Tan Pey Jean began her professional career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, London. Upon completing her professional qualification, she worked in a diverse range of Finance roles based in London for over 17 years. She has led several process improvement projects both as an external consultant and within industry, her projects involving collaborations with teams in Denmark, Belgium, Ukraine, South Africa, France, Japan and Malaysia.
