Ms Ho Swee Fong ("Ms Ho") holds a Bachelors degree (Honors) in Analytical Economics from University Kebangsaan Malaysia

Ho Swee Fong ("Ms. Ho") is a corporate-oriented professional with more than 35 years of experience in investment research, stakeholder management, performance management and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in leadership, equity investment research, executing investor relations and stakeholder engagement programs and leading corporate strategic planning roll-out and tracking performance vis-à-vis intended strategic outcomes.
From 1986 to 2004, Ms. Ho held various roles in property research, equity research, and served as Head of Research and Equity Dealer at different firms. In these positions, she was responsible for originating equity and market/economic research reports, marketing investment themes and executing investor roadshow. Between 2005 and 2017, Ms. Ho served as the Head of Investor Relations at both Digi.Com Berhad and Maxis Berhad, where she designed and implemented effective investor relations programs, led investor roadshows engaged with ongoing stakeholder and financial communication
In 2018, Ms. Ho took on the role of Director of Corporate Strategy at Prudential Assurance Berhad. In her current role, she leads a team focused on corporate strategic planning, tracks performance against strategic goals, review investment initiatives, and manage both external and internal financial reporting and communications.
