In a statement on its Telegram channel, Hezbollah says that two of its fighters, identified as Muhammad Hassan Farhat and Ali Mustafa Amr, have been killed.

The Israeli military earlier today claimed to have killed two Hezbollah operatives in separate strikes.

Iranian attack expected to be ‘significant and extensive’
Israeli research centre Israel-Alma estimates that Iran will launch a large-scale attack on Israel with the backing of its “axis of resistance”, with emphasis on Hezbollah.

TEL AVIV — Israel is bracing for a potential multiday attack by Iran and its ally Hezbollah following the assassination of two senior militant leaders last week, an Israeli official told NBC News.

The official said Israel fears waves of missiles and drones could be fired over several days in response to the killing of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr.

“They’ll just try to wear us out,” the official said.

Hezbollah claims two attacks on Israeli military sites near Lebanon border
Hezbollah has claimed a shelling attack on Israel’s Birkat Risha military outpost near the Lebanese border.
