When you invest big into Singapore properties or do small-time property developments here, it has been very profitable for the past 59 years. 55 years ago freehold prime landed houses selling at S$15/sf, now S$2500/sf. 20 year ago at S$500/sf, now S$2500 psf. Super prime landed now at S$4000/sf n condo at S$5000/sf. Most Singaporeans are not very smart at financial investing but luckily a lot of them invested or got into property biz early.

Notice that all the prices stated above are previous short term price movements, usually lasting several weeks for the next number. Then suddenly 5.10 implied over the next 15 months (65 weeks) until 31/12/2025. Is this a fair way to present those short term numbers? It is confusing n misleading readers.

That price was done during early 2023. Price shot up after positive NfL data + FDA accelerated approval of Biogen's ALS drug Tofersen using NfL as biomarker. I declare Im holding 0.6+% of Taurx shares. Not much transactions now before UK result not much sellers. After Christmas when there are big institutional buyers, I will know the price then.

Its true ATK had numerous passionate fun with this promiscuous girl on over 10 occasions. Sometimes after a short encounter she said she had to go off (30 sen small profit). Sometimes she stayed on for a few days, did private dance for me, made breakfast for me, gave me her Ferrari FOC (over rm1.00 profit). ATK,reading chart is partly science(implementation of indicators)and art(years of observation on price movement and how where it will go next).....mixture of both.

I tend to think of it more towards an art. Everyone has the same chart. If its science, answers should be about the same and not vary widely. That said, nothing is 100% in stock market. It has always been a probability game. The most overlooked aspect abt trading is a trader's psychology. Its all in the mind.

Today n tmr price may be supported by 6 sen divvy. Even those who bought earlier may be thinking of buying more.

To shorten your learning process, get a skillful professional trader with at least 2 decades of trading experience as your trading mentor.

Forum is always a distraction to trading. Confident n skillful contributors often attract jealous detractors.

@Janus, it is not a science. Its an art. I declared here before that i dont have the crystal ball n i cannot predict where prices will go. How to predict the extent of crowd madness? Skillfull observation will help you in your learning journey.

ATK a ghost or not you decide lor. Hope some traders / trader cum investors here have read and exited promptly near the 5.20 top.

Then buy again at around 4.50 zone, exit at around 4.8+ zone.
Then buy again at around 4.50 zone, exit at around 4.8+ zone.

Its not difficult to trade this stock.

Honestly my private message mailbox is full to the brim with many trading advice requests. I wont be entertaining any trading advice requests. I have been giving out good trading advice whenever people needed my assistance. Being a skillful and confident contributor will often attract jealous detractors starting false accusations and non-stop attacks. Where are those people that I have helped previously when the jealous ones are slandering and attacking ATK?

Better to just let the naive / newbies meet their fate. The normal life cycle for the naive or newbie to be scammed, eaten by sharks and whales. No point for trader to post prompt warnings exit zones, entry zones etc to disrupt the normal order of food chain. If the naive / newbies got scammed, eaten, swallowed etc by the sharks then so be it.

Its true ATK had numerous passionate fun with this promiscuous girl on over 10 occasions. Sometimes after a short encounter she said she had to go off (30 sen small profit). Sometimes she stayed on for a few days, did private dance for me, made breakfast for me, gave me her Ferrari FOC (over rm1.00 profit). I do get rejected by her before, but I quickly cut my losses short with no emotions attached.

There are many other men going after her as well. Some men shower love and compliments to her nonstop, love her wholeheartedly, bought her presents and flowers daily etc. All they got back from this promiscuous girl are wasted time and effort, heart broken, ego bruised, lose face liow. Hence ATK (the playboy, the cad, the rascal, etc) become a jealousy target and start spinning all sorts of slanders, attacks, BS etc. Maybe the wrong target (promiscuous girl) to love wholeheartedly over the past few years?

I would have made more love commitment to this promiscuous girl (speculative grade). Until I assess that she has changed her flirtatious ways and she herself is willing to commit for longer term love (investment grade). Indeed she has a very beautiful face and great vital stats. I do miss the numerous wonderful passionate occasions I spent with her. But I am already fully committed to Taurx (no money to do stock trading).

When I have some money next time and when I notice she has changed her flirtatious and promiscuous ways, I hope Im smart enough to give her more love and commitment.

Its all inside our merit and karma. 0.6+% in Taurx is no small sum after Taurx Royal Flush. If ATK have enough strong merit, should be able to receive the Christmas present. ATK made my old father vow to give away 30% of his fortune. ATK also vow to donate away 30% of my fortune. My sons will have to take vows to donate away 30% of their fortune else they wont receive anything from me next time, limpeh will ownself donate more away, ownself accumulate more merit. The money is just passing thru my hands only, after 3 decades more I will probably die anyway. Spend within reasonable sense, most importantly put the money to good use. As the famous Hokkien song goes: 30% is decided by heaven, 70% decided by own hard work. If you are not willing to give 30% away, how to be blessed by heaven? Balance 70% success factor, got to put in own hard work liow. Honestly 30% is not a lot, its the bare minimum. The proper mindset is to give away willingly without regret and be joyful about it. My level now is only 30%, my Taikor has reached a very high level vow to give away 90% of his fortune. Stop all evil, start doing good and start when young even with small amount its ok.
