Don't underestimate the impact of increasing Naphtha price to the cost of production. It's the major raw material to produce ethylene which eventually made into products that Lctitan is producing.

The price has dropped for so much, sure lots of room for upside. What will be the short term TP?

It's main raw material for production is Naphtha, which is derived from crude oil. If crude oil price going up, means the cost of production will go up as well. Someone has to calculate and estimate the impact.

Not going to go up anytime soon. CPO price is depressed by the increasing production and low uptake coupled with increased minimum wage.

Unfortunately profit is not high enough to justify the current price. It has to drop first.

Things are fine for this stock. But the price is suppressed by increasing crude oil price which is affecting it's main raw material cost.

But Friday's closing with no indication of rebound is a bit worrying. Will monitor 1st.

Property sector is in decline now. Many established companies have reported reduced profit in last qtr. Next qtr could be challenging as well. We really need some positive news to boost this sector.

After such a long process, don't think there is investor doesn't know about the 50mil legal case. It has been largely factored into the current price.

Worry it may get even lower. Cpo price was ranging from rm2250 to 2500 for the 2nd qtr yet the result is not good. CPO price get even lower this qtr.
