Anyone has any news on CKNYAM, I have not seen his posting in this Forum for quite some time. Is he still holding his Vivocom shares. He used to be a stong supporter and believer of Vivocom. Cheers.

Today just window dressing for coming AGM. I guess tomorrow share price will still push up a bit and Thursday morning maintains before AGM. I doubt there will be any big news to be announced at AGM. Don't be over optimistic and don't forget to bring rotten eggs for the Management if you attend the AGM. Haha....

To reach 500m market capitalization, Vivo must maintain share price at about 0.16. At current price os 0.125, its market capital is only RM 404.28 mil.

HSSEB has submitted application to SC for approval for moving to Main Board on 3 May. After more than 1 month, still no approval. HSSEB is currently trade at 0.825, not so cheap like Vivo at 0.125. I am vey doubtful SC will approve Vivo's application for Main Board Listing if Vivo submit application in view of current share price.

@kevin008....I am not trying to mislead ppl, the requirement is extracted from the Bursa website with the link given. I am like many of you still holding a lot of Vivo & son shares bought at high prices. HSSEB has just submitted application to SC for approval, not approve yet. My intepretaion on Bursa requirement for Main Board List might be wrong and I hope I am wrong. I have really lose confidence in the stupid management, especially Mr Choo. He has never fulfiled what he has promised and aimed for.

If you want to make some fast money, then you may need to consider following big sharks, buy low, sell high. For me I'll keep most of Dnex shares for longer term, but I may now consider playing some for short term after seeing share prices going up down...up down so many times. Requirement for Mainly Board Listing:

To get listing in the Main Market, your company must provide a profit figure and uninterrupted profit after tax or PAT of 3 to 5 full financial years with an aggregate of a minimum of RM20 million and a minimum of RM6 million PAT in the latest full financial year. On top of that, the company must also fulfil the Market Capitalisation Test where there the company must be able to offer a minimum of RM500 million totals in market capitalisation once it goes public and incorporated and generated operating revenue of 1 full financial year before submission for listing.

With the current Vivo share price of 0.125, Vivo doesn't fulfill the minimum market capitalisation of RM 500 mil. So do not get conned by the mamnagement if they announce moving to Main Board at the AGM. They may just want to divert minority shareholders' attention to avoid getting rotten eggs. Good luck to all. I guess tomorrow is a good shopping day for Dnex & son. Then Thursday or Friday when big sharks push up the shares, we can sell. Looks like it is better to follow big sharks if you want to make fast money from Dnex & son, buy when thay buy, sell when they sell. Cheers.

Big sharks is doing some window dressing for the BOD before AGM. I belief some of the Directors are indirectly involved in Vivo share manipulation to make money from the market. Tomorrow and Thursday morning, Vivo share price likely to be at least steady if not going up further. Share price may comes down again after AGM if no good news is released at AGM. Cheers.

@Mosiong.... if tomorrow T3 Dnex share price still goes down, then Thurs (T4) likely to have a rebounce. Last Friday's vol 0.97 bil is not high compare with 2 May's vol of 1.67 bil. 6 May (T4 for 2 May), Dnex closed green, up 1.5 sen. Just monitor and wait until Thursday see who is right. Cheers.

Tomorrow T3, Thurs T4, even though expect heavy selling from contra players, not necessary bad for Dnex. Take the case of 2 May (AGM day), Dnex closed 6.5 sen up from 0.60 to 0.665, vol 1.67 bil, much high than last Friday's vol of 0.97 bil. On 5 May (T3), Dnex closed flat at 0.635 and on 6 May (T4), Dnex closed green, up 1.5 sen from 0.635 to 0.65. So you see, T3 or T4 does affect share price if big sharks want to push up the price.

Nothing unusual with Director selling some Dnex shares. A Director also may need cash to pay back bank loan and for other purposes. He only sold small amount, about 11.4% of his Dnex shares. This Director is the no 1 share holder of son and up to nw he has not sold any of his son. So nothing to worry, no need to panic sell. Those who ask other to run/sell are not sincere, they have taken profit and now waiting to buy back cheap. Cheers.

@Mosiong.... If tomorrow & wed down again, then very likely Thursday will have a strong rebounce. Over the past 4 months, share price has never closed red for more than 2-3 consecutive trading days and only on ONE occasion share price close red for 3 consecutive trading days (ie. on 26, 29 & 30 May). @king36..... No need to overly worry about listing of new ESOS shares. Last Friday's trading has already proven convincingly to you listing of a few mil of new ESOS shares has no sign impact on share price.

@Ismylife73,.....He may need cash to service his bank loan or for other purposes. He is only selling about 11.4% of his Dnex shares. After selling he still hold 55.5 mil of Dnex shares and he also hold 95.45 mil of Dnex-WD. Cheers.

Every time after En Azman disposed off some of his Dnex shares, share price shoot up. When he sold his shares at 0.43 to the MD, share price went up steady to above 0.60. This time he sold his shares in the open market on last Wed & Thurs I guess at 0.55-0.56, share price shot up on Friday to 0.61, and may go up later this week to 0.70. So no need to worry about any Director disposing of Dnex shares. If the MD is disposing off his Dnex shares then we really need to worry. Cheers.

After disposing off 7.0 mil Dnex shares, En Azman still holds 55,506,315 (3.175%) Dnex shares. He also hold 95,453,158 (13.42%) Dnex-WD. He is the no 1 son holder. He is the also Director who sold 13.0 mil Dnex shares to the MD at 0.43 about 2 months ago. Haha..look like he 'sayang' his son very much, so far, he has not sold any of his son. Cheers.

One of the Director, En Azman bin Karim has disposed off a total of 7.0 mil Dnex shares on 31 May (Wed) and 01 Jun (Thurs) via open market. He sold just before last push on Friday (2 Jun), so he must be selling at quite low price. Cheers.

Too bad, serious damage already being done by the Edge. Clarification by the Management does help at all. The clarification statements from the Mamangement is more like indirectly confirming what the Edge has reported is true.

Dnex has just reversed its trend last Friday after moving down trend for more than a week, it is unlikely to reverse back to down trend so soon. Based on past trading trend/records, Dnex likely to rebount and continue moving uptrend this afternoon. Just be patient. Cheers.

@Freshman73, who told you Dnex doesn't have expertise in oil and gas. FYI, Dnex MD's expertise is in the O&G and Energy field. Before joining Dnex, MD has worked for Malakoff (for few years) & woeked for Exxon Mobil (for 28 years) for a total of more than 30 years. Cheers.

On 22 May (Mon), Dnex open: 0.625, High: 0.64 Low: 0.615 close:0.63, up 2 sen
on 2 Jun (Friday) - Dnex closed at 0.61, up 5.5 sen from 0.555 to 0.61

Hopefully on Monday Dnex will follow the past trading trend like 22 May, then we can expect Dnex to jump start in the opening price with continue uptrend show. Cheers.

Ya... Encik Abdul Manaf bin Shariff is just a Director of a major subsidiary company. He only sold about 5% of his Dnex shares at relatively low price of 0.55-0.57, probably he urgently need cash.

Encik Abdul Manaf bin Shariff is not in the BOD of Dnex. I guess he is just a Director of a big subsidiary company. Before disposing off 3.2 mil Dnex shares, he is the 5th largest shareholder, holding 66,054,682 mil or 3.81% shares. He is disposing off small amount of his Dnex shares at quite low price, so he must be regretting now. Probably he need cash for servicing loan or other purpose. I don't think there will be any impact on share price next week. Don't worry, Dnex share price will continue uptrend next Monday. Cheers.

Haha...Today's closing prices (0.61/0.335) for DNex & son are exactly same as the closing prices for Dnex & son 2 weeks back on 19 May (Friday).
