MD had mentioned in the AGM when asked, the next QR will be released on 24th May. Do not have too high expectation for QR, otherwise you may be disappointed. If QR can deliver a net profit of 30 mil, I'll consider it as good. Dnex share price may move sideway before release of next QR. If QR good results, then share price likely to achieve RHB's TP. Dnex vol did shoot up from 39 to 13 in the most active list. But share price moves in the opposite direction. This morning still a lot of profit taking when share price moves up. ck, your reasoning sounds funny to me. A company normally issues rights to raise funds for operatiing business or expanding business, not to depress mother share price. Dnex now has a lot of cash reserse with zero gearing and the company is expected to make more net profit this year as hinted by MD in the AGM. So I don't foresee Dnex issues rights in the near future. Cheers.

So far no bad news on Dnex. Today Dnex & son drop I guess is mainly due to heavy profit taking before PH and some force selling. PM is going to China this week and he may bring back some good news on new buyer for Bandar Malaysia land. Have a happy Wesak day holiday. Cheers.

No one interested and asked for bonus share in the AGM. To me bonus is not important, what is more important is the share price going up slowly and ateadily. Cheers.

The one-off non-operational gain in 2016 was reported in Q2 not Q1, so 2017 Q1R will definitely be much better than 2016 Q1R. But what is important is to compare 2017 Q1R with last QR, ie. 2016 Q4R. If upcoming QR can exceed last QR , then it will be good. MD has hinted in AGM, the company is confident of 20% growth in profit this year, so I expect coming QR with net profit in the range of RM 30-35 mil. Cheers.

Good closing for Dnex & son, both up 0.15. But in term of percentage, son up 4.61% and mom up 2.36%, son still performs better than mom. Son's volume today also higher than mom. Those who always talk bad about Dnex are selfisf members. Really funny....They join the forum not with the aim of getting more news & information and sharing good news/information with other members. These people only think of themself and they don't like to see other members making money. Long term investors are more sincere members and they are happier to see all members making money from Dnex. The worse members are those who have supported and promoted Dnex strongly when they still hold the shares and after they have taken profits and sold all the shares, they start spreading negative news and talking bad about the counter. Dnex has a good MD and a very strong management team. Those who have attended the AGM will agree. Those who have not attended the AGM can just browse through the Profile of Directors in the Annual Report 2016 and you will be convinced. AFter I have attended the AGM on Tuesday, I have more confident in Dnex. What I like about the company is its good fundamental and growth potential with well diversified business.

Haha... Really funny, some guys only noticed Director selling Dnex shares, They didn't notice MD buying Dnex shares and has become the biggest shareholder. They also didn't notice the same Director, Azman who disposed off 130 mil Dnex shares to the MD also bought back some Dnex shares later at a much higher price. I fully agree with Redorgreen's view... Iwcity's shock should have been factored in yesterday. So I also expect re-trading of Iwcity on Monday, even it limits down is not likely to affect the market sentiment and other counters much, except related counters. Remember when Iwcity limit up a couple of times, only related counters get boosted up.
What is more worrying is sharp drop in crude oil price these few days. Good to see that rude oil price is rebouding today.

Today is Friday, don't expect too much. If both Dnex & son can close flat, then is considered not bad. Monday is uncertain because of IWCITY re-trading, Tuesday Dnex & son should perform better.

There is no issue on Dnex's profit and growth this year. MD had mentioned confidently in the AGM the company expect a growth of 30%/20% in revenue/profit in 2017. MD had also mentioned in press conference after AGM the company is targeting a double digit growth in 2017.

Good Q1R, confirmation of collection of fees for cars entering M'sa at Thai borders,, collection of fees for cars entering Msia at Indonesia borders, just to name a few. Looking at the good support for mom at 0.665 today, you know mom share price still going uptrend. Those who attended AGM yesterday will know how good is the MD and more good news can be expected OTW. Don't expect too much from Q1R, otherwise you will be disappointed. I only expect Q1R with net profit of RM 30~35 mil (EPS about 2 sen), slightly better than last QR (2016 Q4R). To me, Q1R with RM 35 mil net profit is considered good and Q1R with RM 40 mil net profit is considered excellent/fantastic. Hope for the best. Cheers.

For warrant, we don't just use formula to calculate and decide whether warrant is expensive or not. There are many other factors to consider like mature date, growth potential of mother share, mother share going uptrend or downtrend. When DNex son was at 7 sen, mom was at 28 sen. If you just use formula to calculate & decide, you won't buy son at 7 sen. Those who bought son at 7 sen get better return than buying mom at 28 sen percentage wise. What is more importantly is whether big sharks prefer to goreng mom or son. Cheers.
