I don't expect heavy selling from ESOS shares today as these employees have waited for about 8 months only take up the ESOS shares offered to them in Sep 2016 porbably know the growth potential of Dnex and will keep their shares for long term investment. Cheers.

@ Tai KT... Agree, what is important company's strong growth potential. Company so far is on the right track for strong growth. We don't have to compain about issuance of ESOS shares and envy about low 0.245 conversion price. In fact after the company make the offer of ESOS share in Sep 2016 with conversion price 0.245, Dnex share price did drop below the conversion price. I expect Dnex share price tomorrow the most drops 1 sen and will recover easily next week. Cheers.

@Tai KT... the 15 mil (including about 21. mil to be listed tomorrow) of ESOS share listed so far this year, I think they are part of the 40 mil ESOS shares offered in Sep 2016, but taken up this year. If the company offer any new ESOS shares this year, the conversion price will be very much higher than 0.245, depending on closing price of Dnex on the date of offer, probably just a discount of 10-15% lower than current market price. Pls correct me if I am wrong. Cheers.

@Nickmon....Not 10%, I estimated 40.3 mil of about 1.7 billion (1700 mil Dnex shares) is only about 2.2%. The conversion price of 0.245 at the time of offer (on 14 Sep) when closing price was 0.275 is quite reasonable, only about a discount of 14% lower than market price. In other words, if we purchase Dnex shares on the date of offer at 0.275, we are paying about 14% higher than ESOS shares conversion price. No need to envy the employee, if we are far-sighted and collect Dnex share in Sep 2016 and keep until now, the average price also about 0.275. Only thing difference is some of the eligible employees may have insider news and know the good growth potential of DNex shares, so they waited until recently only taking up the offered ESOS shares. I think ESOS shares issued need SC's approval for listing (pls correct me if I am wrong). Hope the rest of the offered ESOS shares will be taken up and listed in batches of small amount so that the ESOS shares can be absorbed easily and the impact on Dnex share price on listing date is minimal. Out of the total ESOS shares offered, 6 mil was offered to some of the Directors.
Look like many of the employees now only take up the offer. That's why price difference so much.
I guess more ESOS shares offered will be taken up and listed in June before Hari Raya.

Not sure how the company fix the issue price of ESOS shares, why fix it so low. I quess... maybe the company have issued the ESOS shares to employees in Jan or Feb when Dnex share price was around 0.30. Only now the employees take up the ESOS shares.

The only time Dnex share price closed red (down 1 sen) on listing date of ESOS shares is on 12 May. The share price on 12 May was high around 0.63. There is a typo error (in closing price) in my last posting, share price drops from 0.635 to 0.625. Tomorrow Dnex share price will probably trade in the range of 0.55-0.56. Hopefully less ESOS shares will be disposed off as Dnex share price now is relatively low compare with share price on 12 May. Cheers.

Don't have to be overly worry about listing of new ESOS shares. I have checked the past trading records on all listing dates of new ESOS issued this year. Most time the Dnex share price went up or closed flat on ESOS listing dates.

2.1 mil newly issued ESOS shares is not many as today's Dnex traded vol is 26.9 mil shares. I am sure not all employers will disposed off their ESOS shares. Malay employees may sell their ESOS shares to take profit for Hari Raya. Price drop tomorrow morning is a good opputunity to collect more as afternoon may have a rebouce. Don't worry tomorrow is TGIF like what SKTRADER has said. Just be patient. a strong rebounce will come soon, by early next week if market sentiment improves next week. Today closed flat considered not too bad in view of very sharp drop in crude oil price yesterday. Big sharks likely to present a good show tomorrow afternoon. Then we all can shout TGIF.... Haha

1 lot (actually is 0.1 lot or 100 shares) usually done at buyer price. This cannot be a genuine seller as seller still have to pay minimum brokerage & stamp fee. Someones are trying to collect shares at buyer price, they occasionally throw out 0.1 lot to buyer so as to entice some weak sellers to dispose off their shares at buyer price so that they can collect more. Aiyoyo....Crude oil prices drop more sharply, currently both Brent oil and WTI crude oil price drop more than 3%. Brent oil is now trading close to USD 50. The sharp drop in crude oil price will likely affect Market sentiment and O&G stocks tomorrow. Dnex share price may not be affected so much as most of its profits still come from IT related projects. Target price of 0.80 to 1.00 by end of 2017 is more realistic and achievable. So I set my TP1 at 0.80 and TP2 at 1.00 by year end.

@hohoho123..... You have to use Internet Explorer (IE), I think only IE can all the features of latest HLebroking software. That is, latest version HLebroking software only supported by IE. If you use other browser, you are runing older version of HLebroking software, you can still trade online but can't see all the features. I use Google Chrome to login and trade, I also see nothing when I right-click my mouse.

@hohoho123.... you must use Internet Explorer to login to HLebroking. Just highlight (select) the counter you want to check, right-click your mouse, then select Direct Busibess Trasaction from the menu list.

Looks more like big sharks still blocking DNex share price from going up to collect. They may remove the blockage this afternoon. Today Dnex & son likely to close green after breaking the normal trend yesterday, closed red for 3 consercutive trading days. If today still close red, no eye see.....

Dnex & son likely to have a good rebounce today. Hopefully no more heavy selling in the afternoon like past 2 afternoons.

I didn't sell any of my Dnex & son shares. In fact I have added some mom at 0.56 today. I am going to accumulate more if share price goes down further. I am still optimistic and have full confidence in DNex and its management, particularly the MD. SO far MD has delivered most if not all of what he has promised and aimed for. Today is last day for mega sales on Dnex & son. Dnex has never closed red for more than 2 consecutive trading days over the past 4 months or so. Looking at the sellers/buyers quotes at various prices for Dnex, seller vol (about 4-6,000) much smaller than buyer vol (>13,ooo), quite a good sign. No blockage for Dnex share price to go up if big sharks start pushing share price up later in the day. Hopefully there will be a strong rebounce in the afternoon. Cheers.

@Mosiong.... last week DNex up on Monday and Thursday, down on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. So Dnex didn't close red for 4 consecutive days. If you check past trading records of Dnex over last few months, Dnex has never closed red for more than 2 consecutive days. Since Last Friday Dnex closed red, if Monday down again, then it is a good chance to collect more you still have cash as then Dnex very likely will close green on Tuesday. But not advisable to play contra on Dnex share as its share price is controlled by big sharks most of the times. Please check the past trading records to convince yourself. Cheers.

@datasonic..... My TP1 is 0.80, TP2 is 1.00, but I plan to keep most for longer term, at least until release of Q4R in February 2018, then only make a decision. If share price reaches my TP, I may sell some. Set your own TP, no need to follow others. If you are happy with your profit then you can sell. Anyway, Dnex is a great counter with good fundamental, well diversified business, good growth potential and strong management team. I am particularly impressed with the MD. Heavy selling after 11.30am this morning looks more like big sharks pressing down to collect. I don't think it is due to cutting loss/forced selling from contra players. Monday(T+4) & Tues(T+3) Dnex shares traded in the range 0.61-0.64, so selling this morning incurs big losses for them.
