My source is MGO .48 sen, EGM reject it, revive the offer to higher price but public all got no more shares , this is a control counter.

Hi AyamTua, hold, c wat will happen next. I doubt investors like us will be at losing end. TMCLIFE will be part of Iskandar project. Half way jalan oledi. Can't fail.

The Q is will VT allow d price 2 drop? No face la...( Ppl offer .48 reject, cos thinks price should b higher n price drop! 1 king of gambling, another king of Remisiers, both cannot afford to lose wan...) what if price rocket up to 80 sen? U think VT, d gambling king can't drive up d price?

Anyway, If drop to 0.35, I'll sure top up. Their War, is our opportunity! ;)

Whatever it is, if we r at 48 sen, no lose/win. But I'm confident will go up!
Even my ultra conservative Remisier thinks so. He says, normally under this type of circumstance, d price will suddenly drop. That's not the case today, I noticed very strong support & price increase some more.

There seems to be a puzzling Buy and sell movement from time of 15.58.
Volume of 70 lots, 68 lots and 50 lots at buyers price of 3.00
A few minutes later a total of 208 lots transacted at sellers price of 3.00.
This sudden appearance of big buyers and big sellers at single buy and sell is strange.
Usually, it doesn't happen to this counter.
Like stocks is exchanging hands !!.

Crystal ball, My Remisier says music stopped oledi last year! Kikiki! Remisiers r quite risk averse. So pandai pandai lah take their advise. Each time I ask my Remisier this share can buy or not, when he says can, I won't buy, sure get stuck one. If he says, better not, risky - I will usually buy n 90% chance will go up! Kisah benar. I think remisiers r too immuned by ppl losing $ @ stock market!

Anyway, watch d US market carefully. DJ down too much is not actually good news. Betul tak, tj?

Mfaizalm80, if u r looking 4 oldman1010, he's @ smrt in July. These days didn't see him often. How I remember so well? He offered rm1k if I can correctly predict if it'll go up by at least 1 sen. I said sure can! But I withdraw last minute( in d morning). & as luck would have it, by day end it exceeds +1 sen! Huhuhuhuh! So, fun here. So many ppl offered me $. @ Inari, wangge offered to compensate me if I lose $ at tat ctr! And d share zoomed up! Happy happy here! ;)

Pursuant to an article on page 9 of Focus Malaysia entitled “HITCH IN IRIS ‘ TIMBER-LOGGING PLAN’ , the Board of Directors of IRIS Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to clarify the following:-

The Company had on 14th April, 2014 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“Agreement”) with Alvery Resources Limited (“ALVERY”) a company incorporated in Papua New Guinea for the proposed development of 100,000 hectares land in Portion 17C, Oro Province of Papua New Guinea. The Agreement is at all material times subject and conditional upon the fulfilment of several Conditions Precedent as enumerated in our announcement dated 14th April 2014 primarily on the validity of the sublease and approvals on the proposed 100,000 hectares of land.

The Company did not have any knowledge whatsoever that the Subleased Land (100,000 hectares) was already subleased by the Proprietors to any third party as it relied on the representations and warranties of ALVERY and agreed to enter into a Conditional JV agreement pending the completion of a legal due diligence which is currently on going. The Agreement terminates automatically in the event it remains conditional and the Subleased Land is not free from all/or any encumbrances (where the JV does not acquire a clean and valid sublease from the Proprietors).

The Company is being advised from time to time by the authorities in the Department of Lands and Physical Planning, Office of Registrar of Titles of Papua New Guinea on the legality of the Subleased Land to Musa Century Ltd and will inform Bursa upon receipt of conclusive information on the status of the JV .

The Company has no knowledge whatsoever about any legal action being taken by any third party in Papua New Guinea with regards to the Subleased Land and confirm it is not a party to any such suits.

This announcement is made ion 30th July, 2014.

Thinking aloud, maybe if he were to chase the shares, will drive the price up and end up having to pay more than what he is paying now. Takes time too to buy fr open market. But will be very good for investors like us! Wished he bot fr open market!!!

P/S: if u r like me, like to check out every other counter, u go check Compugates, d husband n wife directors non stop accumulate fr open market for years n years. Currently the price is a straight line 5 sen. Not moving one. And I think they r doing it for their son as his name was involved. That ctr, if contra player play sure die 1000 death!

To delist, merge or restructure.... These are the options. MAS future still uncertain. :(
