Sold my 18 sen lot at 22 sen...

News of MCO extension came out during the lunch break yesterday. That was why there was a quick meltdown of the price to 66 sen yesterday, before it ended the day higher at 70.5 sen. So, much of the news had already been discounted by the market yesterday.

Technically, it looks good with 2 white candles.

Well, it closed at 21.5 sen. Got to see if the operator dares to bring it higher, above the 21.5 sen price range, tomorrow, for punters to chase.

Up or down, I feel at ease knowing that the operator is working for me either way. Lol.

At least 21.5 sen, which is currently the resistance set by the mkt operator. lol.

If I sell at 21.5 sen, I will just clear my lot bought at 18 sen, still keeping the lot that I bought at 25 sen. Anyway, got to assess the situation.

US mkts had a strong rebound yesterday on hopes of reaching a massive stimulus package to offset the devastating impact of the virus outbreak in the US. Bursa mkt should get a lift from it at least in the morning today.

This is still a news-driven market. Nobody can be 100% sure when the market will bottom out, given that the virus situation is still not under control yet. We must follow the global news to stay informed.

I have my own trade plan and my holding cost is on the low side. So, I will stick to my plan to buy or sell.

For the others, pls relook at your own situation to recalibrate what is best for you, given the uncertainty of the market and your holding power.

I can read his move. Few buyers, easier to push down to attract contra selling(real panic selling, close to negligible by now)...a lot of fake vols..

This is not a mkt for contra play. Do not play play...mkt operator can easily influence the prices as buyers are fewer already, all too scared of a falling knife, unlike me.

Buyers at this time must have holding power...

Dow futures are down again.

Mkt is still volatile. I will wait for my next buy trigger point at 15 sen or lower. Meanwhile, I just sit back and relax...to watch the blockbuster movie directed by the market operator..

Market is still volatile. We must preserve enough cash for any need to do a top-up. Do our sum right to space out our purchases systematically.

Now, my average holding cost is 21.5 sen. I have the flexibility to sell for a profit should the price exceed my cost. Or I can top up more to bring down my holding cost if the operator chooses to press down the price again.

Dow futures do provide some support to the regional markets. Most of Malaysian counters are also recovering from the day's low, in fact, trading near the day's high and quite a number of them have turned positive too

Someone posted oil price outlook. I do not understand how this will affect the performance of this company, except that low oil price would mean a lower electricity bill for the company, which is a plus point. Lol.

Poor oil demand is an end-result of the Colonavirus, which is already reflected in the share prices of Bursa counters.

I believe my plan can work in all circumstances, except if the company becomes insolvant, which is very unlikely. When pp get fearful, I become greedier. Ultimately, this virus scare will blow over one day, when a vaccine is developed.

Oops, my 20 sen buy queue not done. The mkt operator churns so much trading vol today, but never throws it to me at closing. Never mind. I can wait...

I had my own reasons for choosing this counter:
1. It was trading in the low 20s sen, easier to carry out my trade plan.
2. Its NTA per share was 20 sen(as at end 2019 report), supported with a cash hoard of approximately RM 75 million.
3. It has been making profits for most quarters, with a 1-sen dividend to be announced at a later date.
4. It operates mainly in Malaysia and China. China has just recovered from the peak of the Wuhan virus, unlike USA.
5. Others, eg GST theme?, strategic partnership with Huawei at a discussion stage

Wow, it dropped 5.5 sen, 21%, to 20 sen just now. Too bad, I missed it...See if I can get it later...

Frankly this is already an oversold mkt, spooked in large part by the operator on mkt fear. The bulk of the weak selling should be over by now.

As much as the operator hopes to goreng it lower, we will not know for sure how low he can "churn" it to. So, we must have a trade plan to navigate in this volatile mkt environment.

The trade plan can be something like this, eg buy at 25 sen, 20 sen, 15 sen, 10 sen, etc, with more buying at much lower prices. Of course, we must have a holding period(eg 2 years), long enough to last until the mkt price is above our average holding cost for a profit.

Not for the novice investors. Also, not recommended for contra trades too.

This counter is now back to my radar screen as it has dropped below 30 sen.

I started to nibble at this counter again at 25 sen yesterday for a good trading opportunity, armed with the option for dollar cost averaging should I need to top up more when the need arises.

Finally, it hits back to 88 sen today, my highest purchase price so far. Now, sitting on some decent profits.

I am not too greedy. Just take profits as and when necessary, in case the operator starts to press down the prices for no valid reason(after distribution).

Rubberex has been pushed up so much ever since the release of the last quarter's result. Today, still up 6.5 sen in the morning. I am really envious...

Market was really bad. I saw indiscriminate selling, spooked in large part by the operators. I managed to pick up some at 80 sen.

I am still waiting to top up more at below 80 sen. I get greedier when pp become more fearful.

COMFORT started to rebound this morning after hitting the day's low of 81 sen and closed the day unchanged at 82.5 sen. This is considered a pretty good showing in comparison to other major glove counters that underwent a deeper correction today.
