@Bursalearner @pjflower, the reason for LOI now is because they still need to negotiate on the PDP agreement, and plus right now you have two PDPs and not a single PDP. Working towards the LoA. Even if the PH takes over putrajaya, not that straight forward to abandon this project as it's not talking about Malaysia only, but it involves Singapore.
