PP priced below market is bad to the issuer and very unfair to existing shareholders. The company that issue such shares below market will not obtain fair value from the issue and the shareholders are deprived of opportunity to buy the cheap shares. PP was done a year ago at 95 sen. The price did not really go up after PP, so most likely , I believe, he is still holding on to it.
