It can bring stability but it could also mean holding company/conglomerate discount, i.e. the stock will always be trading lower than the Fair Value of its sum of parts

At 4.5 sen dividend, now the yield is 4.84%. Way better than 12-month FD.

All segments actually recorded positive EBITDA. The loss is mainly contributed by depreciation and amortisation - sunk costs, accounting expenses.

It can only get better from now on.
