You'll be invited to get a vaccine as soon as it's your turn, probably by letter.

More than 1,000 GP surgeries will act as local vaccination centres, and sports stadiums and conference centres will act as major vaccination hubs.

The first doses are likely to be given via 50 hospital hubs next week, which means healthcare staff and patients will probably be immunised first, rather than care home residents.

The NHS is recruiting 30,000 volunteers to help with the rollout, including lifeguards, airline staff and students - who will be trained to give the jabs.

Doses of the Pfizer vaccine need to be stored at freezing temperatures and can only last for five days in a fridge, which makes the logistics of getting it into people's arms a challenge.

This isn't an issue with the Oxford one, which can be stored at normal fridge temperature.

No - this vaccine is being rolled out free to people via the NHS.

You can't jump the queue by paying for it, but there should be plenty of vaccine to go round.

totally understand what you gone through...in fact i sold after the poor results and then...luckily bought back at lower price than i sold seeing the tremendous support from the fund

True story. End of Oct I'm in dilemma when they announced QR & all the sour grape mouth said that this stock will go to 1.80 la etc. I just decided to close the platform & leave the fate to god. Finally it's paid off. Believed a lot of guys cut loss at that time in the afternoon after reading all the comments in this forum... Pheww...Btw, where is i3lurker?

J&J's coronavirus vaccine candidate, though, requires only one dose.

This could give J&J a significant competitive advantage over its rivals. A single-dose vaccine would have a lower cost than a two-dose regimen. People would also be more likely to want to receive a vaccine that they only have to take once.

Johnson & Johnson also won't have the ultra-cold storage requirements that Pfizer's vaccine has. Its COVID-19 vaccine can remain stable for up to two years at around minus four degrees Fahrenheit and for up to three months at temperatures between around 35 degrees and 46 degrees Fahrenheit.

In addition, J&J beats Moderna when it comes to production capacity. Moderna has stated that it will be able to make around 500 million doses of mRNA-1273 next year, although the biotech says that it could "possibly" up that to 1 billion doses. J&J is on track to produce more than 1 billion doses per year.
