my source said Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat( OskH) is liquidating Willowgen and buying into KPS.
Last year Tan Sri sold off KPS but has changed its mind. Very difficult to fight TanSri. Better just follow the price.

I do earthworks and longkang. Going thru' 2016--2018 Dps property development revenue, it looks like 2016 (preparing licence), 2017 Doing earthwork for site, small revenue(bank dont release alot money for earthworks), 2018 doing floor and foundation and walls, Completed Units in 2019(1Q). If you Sold all your units, you will record cash inflow from Banks( release funds after inspections and buildings expenses ) Payment in 1Q19 is high( completion of units), most likely 2Q + 3Q also high

KPS is a better option. Sure no RI. Owner holds 64.45% shares. RI means digging own pocket.
Kps is using Sukuk (500m) to run future Biz eventhough they have 570mil cash from Splash.
Management immediately declared 32.60 cents Special Dividend 2 days after receiving money from Splash. This indicate KPS is very Cash-Rich

Gamuda current liabilities is 3.8B
Cash------------------------------1.3B
Splash---------------------------- 1.0B
Total-----------------------------( - 1.5B )

Don't dream about dividend from Splash. Whatever income Gamuda generate in 2019 will be used to cover 1.5B deficit. Almost guarantee RI to raise fund for Penang Project, Bandar Malaysia, ECRL

I went many times to Air Selangor for pipe laying job but they said only after KPS/Splash deal completed then they will let me know. But still i will be under Smartpipe Technology contract.

I was here 5years ago almost everyday for Puncak to cut the deal bcos i got a pipe laying job

Buying 51% of aax in open market doesn't guarantee management position. Removing Tony
from aax is a hostile takeover and Najib has the final said bcoz it is Malaysia Gov who
secured land rights for many AAX destinations ( There is NO open sky in ASIA )

Kazannah interest in AAX is strictly out of biz consideration. For any airlines to be profitable
in this highly competitive industry is economy of scale. That is the reason why Arab and European airlines are interested in AAX bcoz it is very cheap now.( what Tony said in tweet)
