No matter what matrix you use to measure Insas, Insas is indeed a deeply undervalued stock.
Only BOD can unlock the value of Insas by giving better dividend or find a better use for insas's billion cash hoard to generate more revenues and incomes

Does AirAsia offer bonus pay?
September 23, 2023
Pros
fun culture and activities every festival
Cons
low pay of salary and no bonus
April 21, 2022
Pros
Colleagues ard mostly helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. People in office are generally approachable. Good place to get promoted if you are consistently speaking to your manager and HR/or just have good rapport with senior management so they recommend you a promotion. Have travel benefits for your immediate family members, and 1 non-family member. Annual leave of 20 days for 1-2 years working within company. Medical and dental benefits also available.
Cons
Poor salary range with demanding workload, so there is alot of overtime. No allowance for anything i.e parking, telecommunications etc. No bonus for past 4 years as company didnt make alot of profit. Depending on your department, you are required to attend to work during off days, public holodays, weekends; equivalent to overtime without compensation as you have your laptop with you at all times. If you are in commercial sector, having to meet ridiculous transaction/sales targets with a awfully low budget. Mandatory attendence to office 5 days a week however timing is pretty flexible ( can come in at 10am). This depends on your manager. A little toxic whereby some teams work till late hours because manager works till late. If you work on the digital sector, tech is horrible. Product and Tech team seems overworked and have limited resources to improve the App although they are experienced and hardworking. Company appears to not be serious about developing the airasia app to be less glitchy, more user friendly and less tacky.
Advice to Management
Improve salaries of existing staff instead of offering ridiculously high salaries to newly joined staff where existing staff still need to guide them.

No one can give you any accurate future earning because CPO price is very volatile.
Just monitor the monthly FFB production and MPOB CPO spot price.

So who should you believe: Executive chairman of Thai AA and Thai AAX or Stony?
However, the executive chairman of Thai AirAsia and Thai AirAsia X told The Nation newspaper late last week that those two entities may continue to operate under their present ownership structure until as far out as 2027.
"The merger of two airlines in Thailand may have to wait two to three years until Thai AirAsia X leaves the business rehabilitation plan, which should happen around late 2025,” Tassapon Bijleveld said. Thai AirAsia entered into bankruptcy protection in May 2022, at the time saying doing so would allow it to manage better debts incurred earlier in the pandemic.
AAX already owns 49% of Thai AirAsia X, with the remainder in the hands of Thai investors. However, the buyout would see AAAGL's 43% stake in Thai AirAsia go to AAX. External Thai-based investors also hold a 38% stake on Thai AirAsia, while the airline's board and management, including Bijleveld, hold the remaining 19%.

If I am not mistaken, I said Stony directly told Bursa SC to allow him to move the goal post so that AAX and capA can be uplift from PN17.

You think US market is a pasar malam, so easy for an IPO?
This is what Stony tell every Tom, Dick and Harry in Nov 2023:
Capital A plans to list its AirAsia brand royalty business and aircraft leasing unit in the US through Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company Aetherium Acquisition Corp (GMFI). The group seeks an indicative valuation of US$1 billion (RM4.65 billion) for the listing exercise.

Is Stony trying to say a very very big cash call coming?
Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said AirAsia plans to raise as much as US$600 million (RM2.87 billion) in the coming months as he tries to pull off a merger between his two aviation businesses — long-haul carrier AirAsia X Bhd and short-haul airline AirAsia, which is currently a unit under Capital A Bhd.
Following the merger, which is expected to conclude mid-year, the new entity will look to raise up to US$400 million via selling equity, Fernandes said. Citigroup Inc and US advisory bank Evercore Inc have been appointed to lead the capital raising. A US$200 million revenue bond, securitised against revenue from new routes, is also expected to be finalised soon, he said.
