If Insas-WC expired out of money then most likely Insas will take a bridging loan to redeem Insas-PB. And Insas will then reward long term shareholder leno with another RI of RPS with free warrants Insas-WD.

I am looking forward to that day.

I can see myself in my children: responsible, filial piety, righteousness, compassionate, hardworking and etc. My children is a good son, a good student, a good worker and will be a good husband, a good father and a good superior.

I just do not want them to go thro' the hard time and preesure and stress I went thro' when I just start working or start my family when I just earned a small salarly.

At my age, it is time to give away your money while you are still alive in this way at least you know how your money is spend.

What the point in leaving behind your money when you are dead and will not be able to know how your beneficiary spend your money.

I am no even bother to claim refund for cancelled flight.

No doubt AA had provide cheap flight so that every one can fly but is it good for those because of cheap flight thus book the flight and burn a hole in their pocket for leisure tour?

It is not cheap to go for a tour and will surely cost many thousands to your credit card.
You need to spend within your means.

I already sold down my Insas holding and will still keep some as Insas is truly and deeply undervalued. Will top up if fall below 90 sen.

Will monitor what Insas BOD/Management going to do with the billion of cash hoard and keep writing on questions for the AGM to hold BOD/Management accountable, responsible and answerable.

I am looking forward to both Insas and Jayatiasa quarter end 31/12/2023 financial result and expecting jayatiasa to perform well and give another dividend.

As of Ytlpower, I sold it too early as I do not expect the huge/suden earning from Singapore power generation is sustainable and the Johor AI data centre will take some years to turn in a profit.

Allow me to repost:
Definition: Intrinsic value is the Present value of the investment of all the expected cash flow over the lifetime discounted at the appropriate discount rate.

Intrinsic value = (CF1/ (1+d)^1) + (CF2/(1+d)^2) + ----- +(CFn/(1+d)^n)

Where:
CF = Cash Flow in the Period
d = Discount rate
n = The period number
This Intrinsic value is actually a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)

Hence people only look into the forward cash flow or PE multiple in valuation
Example:
CapA's aviation:
Kenanga Research values Capital A’s airline assets at RM2.5 billion based on 10 times the group’s forward price-earnings ratio (PER) for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 (FY2024).

Maybank IB Research’s Yin ascribed a much higher valuation of RM5.47 billion, or 91 sen per share based on a forward PER (FY2024) of eight times.
And totally ignore the RM 10 billion+ net liabilities in the book.

Similarly people value Insas as forward PE 5 to 10 X and totally ignore Insas:

Associate company 527,008,575 Inari shares and subsidiary company 1,115,718,665 M&A shares.

Hence in order to win big in share market you need to look for company with sudden growth catalyst that will increase the forward earning multifolds, a multibagger stock in the making (case in point Ytlpower)

Growth stock that show yearly revenue and earning increase.

PS: Insas need to employ its cash hoard into new business/investment to generate more earning or else Insas will be forever a value trap.

Why didn't Jaks consider to get bank loan to subscribe the additional 10 percent of JHDP? Any difficulty to get bank loan? With Jaks low current ratio as mentioned in presentation, shall able to get bank loan.

Wider FY2023 core net loss forecast
Maybank IB widened Capital A’s FY2023 core net loss estimate to RM721 million and FY2024 core net loss to RM63.7million. It trimmed the company’s FY2025 core net profit by 13% to RM556 million.

It noted as at Dec 31, 2023, Capital A's operating aircraft accounted for only 75% of its existing fleet.

“The slower-than-expected return to service of its remaining aircraft is due to the unavailability of engine spare parts.

“Capital A expects the remaining parked aircraft to be returned to service by mid this year but we assume that they will be returned to service by end this year instead,” it said.

“While disappointed, we believe that it is merely a question of ‘when’ its entire fleet will be returned to service and not ‘if’,” it added.

As at 10.40am, Capital A shares settled half sen or 0.7% lower at 70 sen, valuing the company at RM2.98 billion
