so kcchong from your posting for several property stock...mkland is the most undervalued and still not shooting up just like other property counters...will it rise in the near term..., it debt to equity ratio is the lowest,and its land in KL,pj,damansara and sg. buloh...added with mrt project and cyberjaya, plus lands in kinta/ipoh and kedah...with total debt for short and long term only RM150m , if it it able to sell few parcel of land in greater KL...it will be debt free in 2013...what positive (positive mah) view u can tell us?

gearing to become 0.575 after the 'proposal' of land disposal...still too high gearing ..., mkland belum naik, gearing 0.0496 ...so lbs gearing for now = 0.81/0.0496

= (45-30)/45 x 100
= 50 % ...assuming staff paid 30 cents..., so if they sell at 45 cents..they will profit 50%, so tp around 45 cents

and kedah is the weakest state held by pakatan...it will fall into the hand of BN again...MKLand vast prime land in Kedah, will be useful as kedah will progress, not governed by stupid pas...and i'm waiting for development announcement by najib for ipoh/taiping/kinta...Mkland has a lot of prime land here.

cakap pasal tanah.../rumah ,ada org berpuluh2 tahun nak habiskan bayar, ada satu kawan aku tu kerja kerajaan, bapak dia bagi 12 ekar in melaka...satu sen pinjaman kerajaan floating rate 4% pun dia tak ambik, ada 2 lagi kawan pun lebih kurang begitu, ada satu kawan bini aku kerja technician jkr...kuat umno...sampai 3 kali dapat tanah kurnia dari umno..satu lot bayar premium 3-5 ribu shj...nilai tanah satu lot RM80,000-RM150,000

and me have to earn my money,work hard (lebih kurang sikit) to pay the housing loan for 25 years, cilakak (however alhamdulillah)...

DRB-Hicom Bhd has sold four parcels of land in Johor and Kuala Lumpur to Eco World Development Sdn Bhd for a combined RM604.65m. The two parcels of land totalling 613.79 acres in Tebrau, Johor Baru and another two parcels measuring 9.6 acres in Batu, Kuala Lumpur have been gazetted for mixed residential and commercial developments. The original cost of investment for the four parcels of land was collectively RM118.59m.
"Given the large landbank the group presently owns in Tebrau, the proposed disposal allows the group to immediately capitalise on the increasing demand for land in Johor by selling it at an attractive price.
"In addition, the staggered deferred sale consideration will also allow the group to receive cash which will be utilised to fund the development of the remaining landbank of about 902.81 acres in Tebrau and/or working capital for the group," DRB-Hicom said. (Sun)
