so relatively how much this 261.12 acre should be valued?

=RM1263.6 million , that's in 2010 ...now it should be 2.5 to 3.5 times more with all the property company wanted to buy land ...(greater KL)
now let us choose the lowest coefficient , 2.5
so that 261.12 acre should be valued:
1263.6 million x 2.5
=RM3159 million
=RM 3.2 billion, that is just one land (adjoining lands) owned by mkland. in page 97 of the 2012 annual report...
so that value derived as RM 370,865,000 does not match with the calculation which is:
