Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks!
KWAP is in process of doing that! What about you, folks?

Folks, AA will take to the Indian skies by February next year. The launch was supposed to take place in January but has been delayed now by a month as the airline has been awaiting operator's permit from aviation regulator, DGCA.
Indian aviation ministry has allowed the company to import aircraft. AA is now expected to import four aircraft in phase 1. AA's new airline in India plans to keep its operational centre in Chennai and is likely to operate in Southern India, initially.
Will AA be above rm2.40 tomorrow? Did you buy when others are fearful?

1. AA may decline after closing at the lowest in more than a week.
So "may" decline, folks!
2. A position can be liquidated as long as the stock stays below MYR2.40, with supports anticipated at MYR2.20 and MYR2.05.
Will it test the support level at Rm2.20, folks?
3. However, the stock’s failure to stay below MYR2.40 may reverse sentiment. Still, the upside bias will only be restored if it closes above MYR2.50.
So will AA be trading above 2.40 soon?

Kukuman, EPF is doing that as a substantial shareholder!
Luckily the they are able to resolve the issue without the need of an EGM! The share price will be dragged much lower especially by EPF continuos selling if the issue take a longer road to resolve!
Without EPF as a shareholder the chances for them to secure Tg Piah might also be in doubt!

Stocks that have removed from the official list of Shariah-compliant securities today might face selling pressure. Among the stocks that have been removed from the list are AirAsia, Bumi Armada and Media Chinese. Selling pressure may kick-in as investors with Shariah mandates rebalance their portfolio.
Investors with Shariah mandate are given 6 months from today to dispose of Shariah non-compliant securities provided the market price of such securities exceeds or equal to the investment cost. On the other hand, investors are allowed to hold their investment in newly reclassified Shariah non-compliant securities if the market price is below investment cost.

Malaysia's AA will take up to two years to realize a profit from its Indonesia and Philippine units, income that would help prop up eroding margins as Asia's largest budget carrier wages a price war at home.
AA, which has dominated budget air travel in Asia with explosive growth, is now struggling to boost earnings in its biggest market, Malaysia, where rivals such as national carrier MAS and Malindo Airways are slashing fares.
Competition is also affecting AA's Indonesia and Philippines units, which have yet to reverse combined losses of Rm203 million ($63.65 million) as of the second quarter!

CIMB: Target RM2.55 (Long Term: Neutral). Long Term? Downgrade from Outperform to Neutral and cut FY13-15 core EPS estimates 16-20% for lower yields. Our target price is also reduced, still based on 11x CY15 P/E, the sector average.
Nextrade: From the daily chart can expect Airasia to find support at the gradual uptrend line (SS) at RM2.45. However, the stock has been moving in a 2-year downward channel where the support is at the lower boundary (at RM2.30). If this support level (from RM2.30-2.45) cannot hold, Airasia will test the psychological RM2.00 mark. Below that, it may test the long-term uptrend line support at RM1.60.
So folks, at what price is a bargain? At what price will you buy? And at what price will you take profit?

I find this change in people’s attitudes very interesting, and it’s more than simply taking profits off the table.
When I tell people that stocks are trading on corporate profits, their response is how much longer can business make money if consumers’ buying power is so poor and unemployment is so high. Besides, there is little inflation out there to goose business sales and earnings numbers.
When I mention how easy the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy has been, their reaction is that the Fed is reportedly ready to take the punch bowl away by reducing the amount of money it is injecting into the bond markets.
And when they are not complaining about the dichotomy between profits and the rest of the economy, or less ease emanating from the Fed, investors are griping about what goes (and doesn’t go) on in Washington. I am referring to partisan politics, Obamacare and the government’s attitudes towards the big banks.
Investors’ fear du jour is that, when the next crisis arrives, the big banks won’t be interested or able to help the government bail out the smaller weaklings, certainly not after the way several big banks have been treated by the powers that be.
None of these issues is conducive to getting a good night’s sleep. So don’t be surprised if it’s the small investor who bails out first, leaving the big institutional investors holding the bag, instead of the other way around.

As the U.S. stock market logs record highs day by day, some investors are beginning to worry that a correction may be nigh. It’s like they’re worried that at today’s levels, stock prices may be too much of a good thing.
In the past few days, a number of people have asked the same question: How much higher can this market go, especially when the economy is punk, to put it mildly? To put it another way, they are asking whether it time to sell.
You can’t blame people for being cautious. From its low point in March 2009, the Dow has more than doubled — it has jumped more than 22% this year alone. By contrast, the economy has barely grown by 10% during this entire time.
To think about selling is an interesting sign. Usually, in a bull market such as this one is presumed to be, people ask for tips on what to buy. Now, people want to know when they should sell!
So folks, in EMs foreign funds are exiting? Have you ever asking yourself why? Could it be Fed taper, China PMI dipping & stock market bubble about to pop?
Only time will tell!
