Ignoring thos x factors recently. If u study its fundamentals, they are generating good ROE, PBT margin ans most importantly, paying consistent dividend of closed to 7%. Another net cash company with no problem paying dividend. I expect its share price to hit RM2. 40 level before stablise.

ASP will increase slowly...don't worry...it is a counter too cheap to ignore. PE at 10x++, ROE 10%++, dividend at 3%++

the only problem with this company is too low net margin. Can it be like glove company, to further increase unit price ?

Easy way is to sell off n buy mother... Almost same cost. Worry free
2020-07-24 17:17 | Report Abuse
We should sell the warrants now. As the warrants are going to expire in October soon. Given the 2 sen dividend coming, I think we should sell the warrants and buy in the mother shares.

key point : recurring income with 27% growth
2020-07-07 16:59 | Report Abuse
As RGTech charges transaction based fees, we expect the recurring income base to grow in tandem with increasing clientele as well as growth in stock keeping units (SKUs) or sales, given the current digitalisation trend. Note that FY19 saw its revenue contribution from in-house software grow by 112%, mainly contributed by the increasing adoption of its AX Retail B2B Portal software. We expect the strong growth trend to continue with a CAGR of 27% in the next three years on the slew of contract wins, growing recurring base income and better margins of its software segments.

Key points : digitalization, scalable (growing company), prudent management. I am not worry
2020-07-07 16:39 | Report Abuse
A growing software gem. We believe RGTech will continue to benefit
from the digitalisation trend and greater adoption of technology in the
retail landscape. The growing recurring income nature of the business
and stickiness of clientele are the springboards for its sustainable
growth. At the current valuation of 17x FY21 P/E, its secular growth
prospects and scalable business model are underappreciated
compared to peers in the e-payment or software space, with P/E
valuation ranging from 20-40x. The stock is also under-researched and
under-owned by institutional shareholders, which stand at <c.2%.
Fair value. Pegged to 25-28x target P/E, given its scalable business
model and customer stickiness in the fast-growing software space, the
stock could fetch a fair value range of MYR0.38-0.52 based on FY20F-
21F earnings. We are positive on its near-term earnings growth
potential, given that the business is still at its infancy stage with so
much underserved opportunities both locally and regionally.

@ ckaiw04, they are not paying dividend quarterly (and consistently) now, as compared to Lii Hen pay quarterly. what I am trying to say is : are you prefer to look at the nice fruit on the tree but can't eat ? or pluck the fruit down and keep in our own ice box, and we have control when to eat it ? So, I sense the fruits are hang on the tree for longer time than what we expect now...hmmm...better don't risk ourselves to attend the AGM.
2020-06-24 09:46 | Report Abuse
Poh Huat is rather "stingy" if compare to Lii Hen. Hold tons of cash but not distributing. Just think what is our investment objective ? Are we want to stay on with them and yet they hold all the profits and we just "sendiri see sendiri song" (just see the nice fruit on the tree but can't eat) ? or we can share the profit ?

Hallo guy n gals....time to take profit for short term trade. Syndicates are distributing out. For longer term investors, good to hold on as its valuation still attractive in term of PE (15x), dividend yield (3%) and ROE (15%). I still think it is a potential stock given its recurring income in nature. We are still in cash and cheque economy.

I agreed with Enigmatic. I believe the recent sell-down was due to the margin call. Once the margin call was over, price will normalized. Let's flip through the latest annual report showing the top30 shareholding list at 23/1. The major directors' shareholding are still Tay Khim Huat, Lim Pei tiam and Toh Kim Chong, together with the Pangolin fund, EPF and Public Mutual fund, will account 50%. You may also notice another shareholder call Chiew Cheng Siew who accounts 7.26mil shares or 3.15%. Most importantly, his shares are pledged as I assume are under margin account. I am afraid his shares are subject to the margin call (Sorry, Mr Chiew, I may be wrong. I merely guess from the listing). The director - Tay Khim Seng's shares are pledged under the Alliance Group may be under margin too for a total of 1.298 mil shares. (Sorry, Mr Tay, I could be wrong. I merely guess) He has sold 428 mil or 1/3 of this holdings. Once these 2 guys stop the margin call, share will rebound given the recent strengthening of USD toward 4.35. History tell once the USD strengthen to 4.20, most export companies will report huge exchange gain (hopefully to offset the weakening sales in US market). So, I still favour to focus on export stocks.

What complain you lodge to SC ? On what ground ? What do you expect SC to "take appropriate action ?"

Given current USD/RM of 4.25, we should expect export counters to resume uptrend (assume no more black swam flying around). Corona virus in China has stabalised (I hope. I am not expert on it). Supply chain should return to normal after 1 or 2 months or so.
The company is going to announce its 1q results, and expect to declare additional dividend. Assuming the company declare 7sen dividend, yield is 6%, which is a good cushion to the downtrend market. ROE of 13.80%; PE of 5.57x (as per quoted in i3)...
