mike90 & kyou, let me remind you that AA shares were sold down to mid 0.70s at one point before recovering to a high of 3.30s all in a short time frame. Not everything is simple. Doesn't mean a share price goes down there is something very wrong and vice versa.

I see...I remember seeing data that suggest that as well that when the price was at an all time low that FF holding was still high which makes me wonder how it was possible. I suspect that FF holding at worst this round will still be above 48%...

JJchan, do u happen to know how low the FF shareholding % went when AA was at 0.70s and 0.80s?

sorry supermx2, I am holding her until that divvy is in my hands and profits satisfy me...until then I have no issues holding a leading LCC with great growth potential and market leading cost advantage and price power..especially when crude is pinned down to $50 by shale producer hedging...

If they really want to push down to 2.30s I think they should keep 2.50 as resistance..not let buyers hold it like this especially after they attack like just now..

If wanna talk big picture can discuss on the expansion plan and how it effects yield, load and bottom line growth going forward (projections are welcomed). Also can discuss if trump presidency might see US pump 20mbpd of oil eventually. Or whether big debt,threat of debt defaults from high rates and debt financing will limit fiscal spending capabilities in US not just on govt end but corporate end.

JJchan, sentiment now especially fed hike and trump fiscal spending is giving the bulls a very hard time and opec didnt help much either.

I will employ the chuck it and wait them out strategy now. Hopefully they hurry up about it beforr trump holds office.

I think it would be a good move to hold off announcement on AAC and get all funds with intent to sell out to sell out first. That way the rebound will be alot easier.

Business is good. Fleet expansion seems to be very good which means loads should be sustainable. Now we have to just monitor yield and oil. But i feel good about those personally.

The massive sell Qs have gone into hiding for now it seems...

Wow the selling early today in volume and pace has been staggering. It is quite rare to see outflows of this severity. Even if selling out it needs to be push-pull so that you dont end up too low on price range in distributing. Perhaps because there was a big block of willing buyer, they took the opportunity to unload.

I'm actually still waiting for the shoe to drop and funds eventually realizing that its not that easy for the US to just plan fiscal stimulus and create higher yield because of the amount of debt in their market and the higher interest might lead to very high defaults and also sag corporate and retail spending. When that happens and the euphoria wears off then they will be more balanced with EMs.

Bought up all my trading positions avg 2.57 today. All in now..
