Add production capacity and have secured order for production are two different things.
The company can be very ambitious to add another 1 million machines by 2020, but without utilisation from secured order , it's basically nothing to shout about.
Currently, the company order book is only RM30 mil.

Actually, it's more than 24 months since the office construction supposed to be completed.

By normal developer standards, additionally 24 months could build another 30-storey building with progress completion of 70%.

The recent court decision is like a slap in Topglove own face.

Before the decision, the company mentioned that they have high probability to win this case. What happen??

Their behaviour is like a person going into a Mercedes showroom to buy E-class Mercedes. After agreeing to it, they PAID the amount.
When receiving the E-class, for 2 months, then only noticed that this E-class does not perform like E-Class , even though it looks like one, sounds like one but don't feel like one.

Then they decides to sue the dealer who sold them, stating that it only performs like a C-Class and demand the compensation for the difference between E-class and C-class.

Do they sound like someone who runs one of the TOP companies in Bursa?

I think it's quite difficult to determine crime in valuing an item, in this case a company's worth.
Different people apply different valuation or metrics.
It's quite subjective and to indicate whether there is crime, it's very hard to prove.

Safe to say Hibiscus should worth RM2.3 bil in market cap based on the latest valuation.

I think the differences is because you calculated RM300mil net profit per annum(Means you are expecting RM75mil net profit after tax this coming quarter??)

Whereas OrlandoOIL calculated RM165mil per annum (next quarter PAT should be RM40mil??)

Mine only PAT RM100mil per annum(next quarter PAT should be RM25mil)

Note: PAT exclude good will and extraordinary gains from sale of assets

I think many are too optimistic and hoping the price to go above RM1 (PE:15)with Sabah PSC.

At RM1.50-RM2.00, as most are anticipating, the PE=23-30 for a small cap.
I think it's too expensive.

Actually after looking at the Sabah PSC acquisition, assuming it contributes to hibiscus total net profit , the current price is more or less reflected it.

Safe assumption that 4Q profit=RM100 mil, excludes goodwill & extraordinary gains, at price of RM1 is already PE 15.
