This counter was a buy chip with RM20 billion market capitalisation.
Mismanagement, heavy debts and plunging crude oil price the last few years have put into mid cap category.

You're right. I belive RM0.30 and below is good opportunity but with the same management, I have doubts.
I agree with Pmaster to go for other blue chips counter and is much safer bet.

Best of all if anyone here pour money in through the right issue and after few more years, the company declare bankruptcy.

It's not desperate sellers.
Looking at the volume it generates, it's more likely to be day traders or short term traders(contra traders), buying for a few cents of gain.
They need to offload as soon as possible after every trade.

Appreciate your effort.
Though my opinion, this counter is currently trading at fair value instead. Many(in I3 forum) had forecast net profit(ex-goodwill) to be between RM180mil and RM300 mil for 2018/2019.
But I personally think that it's too optimistic and I only forecast net profit (ex-goodwill) around RM100 mil for 2018/2019.
Even in my most optimistic calculation is around RM125 mil.
I'm probably wrong since so many had question my calculation method.

Seems he will normally write up when the share already move up more than 30%, then ask you guys to buy.

Many people here in I3 are day traders and speculating over rumours and tips from someone.
In fact, 70% of these people never really make money or make losses.

Very rarely to meet people here holding shares for investment greater than 1 year.

There's rich billionaires who are investors but none are day traders. This proves the statistics.

Today after 5pm should received the result of the Singapore court hearing.
Hopefully, no more postponing.

I believe no one can prove anything as running a power plant differs from another. No one can provide exact computation for that matter.

But, I do believe that the expense or overhead cost that you mentioned would definitely would not exceed the entire revenue of USD515 mil which I computed earlier.

In addition, the depreciation you mentioned is normally amortised through the BOT period which in this case more than 20 years. Not a big figure as you expected.

Actually, YTL POWER figures in year 2000 are better than Malakoff calculation when the power plant with 1,212 MW (Paka & pasir gudang) was used for calculation.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
Not sure how Malakoff compute the RM1.3 bil before interest. SOme variables are different between the power plant in Vietnam and Malakoff's.

If based on a simple and conservative calculation,
1,200MW would generate approximately USD515 mil profit before expense

Breakdown
----------
1,200MW= 1,200,000 (kW)
Estimate rate charge= USD0.07 kWH
Assume only 70% utilisation

1,200,000 X 0.7 X 24hrs X USD0.07 X 365 days
= USD515,000,000 (rounded figure)

My question is if Inari will be a fantastic company in the next 5 year and onwards due to good prospect with Broadcom, plus if the share price were to gain 200%-300% by then, why would they, 3 major shareholders want to sell now.

Have negative news on Supermax regarding insider trading for its senior management.

Actually @ 0.98 is very good price, stable and persistent towards RM1 as compared with average 0.90 last month. Slow & steady.
