Besides the main 6 consultants, Cengild also have :
Visiting consultants=17

One of the 6 consultants, Dato' Dr Tan Huck Joo is also a visiting consultant for Sunway Medical Centre, C-G-3, Ground Floor, Tower C, +603-7491 9191 (Ext. 20527)

Thus, the visiting consultants can cover the operations even if 1-2 of the main consultants decided to leave. Of course, leaving without their ESOS.

In Maybank IB Research’s view, the PN17 status is salvageable with six ways that AirAsia Group can substantially narrow its negative shareholders’ equity:

Waiver of deferred aircraft leases (RM2.5 bil);
Listing of digital assets currently valued at US$1.2 bil (RM5.2 bil);
Reversal of impairment of right-of-use assets (RM552 mil);
Issuance of RCUIDS (RM974 mil) and warrants (RM650 mil);
Deconsolidate Indonesia AirAsia (IAA) and Philippines AirAsia (PAA) accounts; and
Sale of assets (eg maintenance, repairs and operations division).

Let's see if they announce the replenishment of order book in Bursa by Dec 2022.
Current order book is RM150mil. Between now and year end should expect another RM900mil.

Have to reapply from beginning. The hassle and paperwork only.

But I don't think need to have PP at this time due to strong crude oil prices which will generate strong cashflow.

The company applied it when crude oil was USD45 pbl, thus it makes sense to raise additional funds to support.

Any idea what MIDF acquisition can benefit MBSB?
MBSB biz models seems to cater for retail lending whereas MIDF is asset management, investment banking,etc.

Yeah, Repsol asset provide a good mix of Natural Gas and Crude oil.
Besides that, Natural Gas price seems to continue to rally with good justification as part of renewal energy.
Kudos to Hibiscus prudent management.

I rather prefer they focus on the existing asset and provide dividend of 1 cent per quarter than continuing to look for other asset to acquire.

Take example of abdul jalil abdul rasheed , ex-CEO of BJCORP. Bought when joining the company, sold after resigning. Nothing related with company's fundamental.

At current price of RM1.20, it's 100% above pre-pandemic pricing.
Q2 2022 revenue and net profit are 45% and 24% above Q2 2019.

I believe it's more than justified the Fair Value between RM1 and RM1.20

Anyone has any comments for the US glove factory.
Currently, Supermax earnings are mostly in Msia, earning rm47mil on revenue of rm523 mil for Q2 based on ASP of USD25 per1k and minimum wage of RM1.2k pm.

In US, minimum wage is USD11.25 per hr , that will be USD1,980 ($11.25x8 hrs x 22 days), making assumption only weekdays.

Besides that, utility bills are so much higher in US than in Msia, don't see the glove factory in US making much profit other than savings from the logistical point of view. If the US factory produces Latex, cost of importing it from Msia will be expensive. It's better for them to produce only Nitrile glove in the US factory.

Seems most digital banks are not profitable. Burning more cash.
Don't see any benefit it for an airline which is already burning so much cash daily.

Though most of us profit from this high crude oil prices, many people are suffering from the ripple effect of this inflationary pressure.
Seems all the peace talk offered by Russia are distraction to mask their true intention to attack Ukraine when they let their guard down. Looking forward, this war may escalate beyond 2022 and the probable of high crude oil of USD100 pbl may seem like New Normal.

UWC develops new products with customers during R&D phase. Once the prototype is confirm, UWC will mass produce it.
UWC may not have proprietary in house technology unlike Microsoft or Google or Nvidia, I believe they have the skillsets and resources to design and manufacturer new products for multinational Nasdaq listed customer. I believe Trust is what is the key value for UWC.

Even at USD85, Hibiscus should do better than last quarter result of RM48mil (excluding Repsol asset).
Last quarter average crude oil sold below USD75pbl.

Yup, once quarter result out.
IB should be re-rating the price and outlook.
At this moment, most TP set by IB seems muted.
Of course, most IB are targeting ukraine-russia crisis to resolve with peace talk in next few weeks. Thus, crude oil will normalise back to USD70 pbl.
Only God knows.

In my opinion, it's IPO price of 1.35 is already overvalue at pe50.
The company has difficulty to pass on ALL the increase in raw materials to customer.
With this in mind, planning to wait for the next quarter result before buying in since the current released quarter is rather disappointing as compared to how management painted the company as though the cows can fly.

Better to wait on the sidelines while the big players squeeze among themselves with low ASP. Only the strong will survive especially with China's Bluesail and Intco Medical which can expand faster than Msian players.
I believe this year many new glove wannabes in 2020 and 2021 will not survive when ASP hits below USD25 when electricity and natural gas surging high.

This assumption will not be prudent.
In the last 100 years, crude oil stay above USD100 for less than 5 years.
Besides that, US shale rigs are always very disruptive to the crude oil market evidence in 2014-2015. In about 1 year only US shale can bring the collapse of crude oil from USD 110 to USD31.

@kakiminyak,

Yup, crude should stabilize between USD70-USD80 range. Initially surge was based on Russia turning off the tap. Well, now we know Russia can't afford that as it's is their only source of major revenue currently due to massive global ban in many sectors. If Russia's 7mil barrel per day only goes to China,India and EU, it would free up between 2-3 mil barrels (taken into account US had banned crude imports from Russia) for other main sources eg: Saudi,Canada,etc for other countries.
