Thanks.
Found it.
Seems Bursa had issued UMA during that period as well.
It looks like it coincide with the Dot Com boom during that time.

Quite similar with Mr DIY
Having outlets nationwide, sales through physical store and online.
Mr.Diy trading at pe=55 due to it's larger revenue, profit and PAT%.
Can allocate a 30% discount at pe=38.
Still have some upside, if the quarter result disclose before listing day of at LEAST RM340mil and PAT=15mil

Agreed on food wastage. It's really horrible when there people without food here in Msia.
Based on the current cashflow, it still able to sustain more than 1 year.
However, likely the company will look into the options to tap into borrowings, issue rights, private placements and even issue warrants.

I believe someone earlier brought up the issue Apple inventing their own RF and to drop from Broadcom. Broadcom contract will end in 2023 but normally will be able to secure new contracts for RF. Whether or not Apple able to secure the key engineers and develop RF in house remains unknown. But likely they will not drop Broadcom's RF entirely as how Apple M1 chip which currently runs in Ipad and Macbook only.
Worth to note, Inari role is providing test services for this RF.
http://www.inariberhad.com/rf-testing.asp
So this is the article.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-12-16/apple-builds-team-in-new-office-to-bring-wireless-chips-in-house
By 2024, Inari should secure sizeable orderbooks from China venture.
Thus, in the short term till 2023, no impact whatsoever to Inari.
Just wait for Broadcom contract extension news somewhere next year to know more.

You're right.
During pandemic, certain company revamp their approach to be more agile to adapt to changing environment.
Of course , company owners and founders are pressed hard by major shareholders for results.
However, not all initiatives can yield good results and eventually profit.

ATA and MGRC are not related to Atech.
Your theory is like if VS or Dufu or Fronken or Genetec drops, Atech will drop.
Doesn't make much sense.

Keytakeaway from SD.
At first indication that a company couldn't produce financial report is a RED flag.
Stay away from such companies.
2nd red flag started when SD dispute and sued KPMG.
Many red flags before the counter suspended.
It's a rare case to see such event happening to a Bursa listed company

It has some aspects of logical.
Mind you that glove stock was rallying in Q1 2020 due to many uncertainties and info on the virus. Healthcare facilities are stockpiling glove to avoid a breakdown in health care system.
Pre-pandemic inventory stockpile is only 1mths-2mths.
In Q1, most global healthcare facility stockpile to 5mths-6mths which cause ASP to rise due to extreme demand and shortfall in supply. It was so extreme, that glove makers started asking for 20%-30% deposit upfront.
Since Q3 2020, the glove rally had peaked. Vaccine makers able to formulate a vaccine and CDC knows the variant and how they spread and SOP & restriction in placed.
It's all a sequence of event which lead to buyer and sellers of glove stocks.
Thus, vaccine is the Achilles heel of glove.

With ASP price stabilise, now till end 2022 will be price war between the players. The big 4-5 players will normally prevail even if the ASP drops to USD18 per 1000 pieces.
Next year is the year to squeeze out those smaller players or the glove wannabes.
Already happened in 2011, after the famous H1N1 pandemic in 2009, prompted glove makers to expand capacity globally.

They are targeting EV segments as well.
2022 We have commenced the construction of a new manufacturing plant on the vacant land of approximately three (3) acres, adjacent to our existing manufacturing plant. The new single-storey manufacturing plant with the production floor area of 61,909 sq. ft., is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 and ready to commence operation in the first half of 2022. Inari is poised to achieve great revenue and profit growth from 2021-2024 due to the 5G cycle as telco in most countries will be 5G ready next year and 80% of consumers are still holding 4G smartphones.
