These 2 directors need to take some lessons from Wellcall directors, who nature the co like their own child. In a year its gone up from rm1.50 to 3.30. This is how directors should do their work and be responsible. I am really sad & sick for having bought into this co. Looks like I have to pay the price for being STUPID and trusting them with all the sweet talk.

I will just hang in for a while longer till report comes out. Hopeful it will be good if not another plunge

Y'day announced rights issue with warrants. Rights issue at 50 sen and 1 : 1. So looks like no privatisation going to happen. Dates also out for whole exercise. Go to Bursa website 18.11.13 for more info

Come Nov-Dec will declare 15sen int div and paid in January 2014. Hope they increase this interim div to 18 sen. After all more div will attract investors

Hi Kevin. Seems Aeon Cr is holding us shareholders in suspense. No announ on div etc. Wonder what happening. Directors also very quiet. Last year after the Fukisama neceular plant disaster they were very quick to declare div. Majority shareholders in Japan, so they declared to help the maj shareholders.

Fellow investors/speculators: Remember for every seller there is a buyer. How come some people are buying. Probably they see value in this co. at this price. My question: How has this co. business gone down since last week? Last week all of us full of high spirits and now low in spirit.

Looking back into history and taking Kossan Rubber as an example.
If you had bought Kossan 5 lots in 1999 at rm2 each. You total outlay would have been 10k
Now look at the chart below:
1999 Bonus 8:5 So have 13 lots
2003 bonus 1:5 = 13+2.6 = 15.6 lots
2005 Share split into 50 sen = 31.2 lots 1 lot = 1000 shares
2005 bonus 2:10 = 34.35 lots
2010 bonus 1:1 = 68.7 lots
2013 bonus 1:1 = 137.4 lots After 14 years you have 137.4
Today 12.11.2013 Kossan 3.30sen x 137.4 lots = RM453,420.00

So friends Yistock is right you have to invest for LONG term. Good night & think about it

Hi Kevin. Looks like someone is pressing down this counter to buy. Arbdeen Assets usually the culprits.Somethime ago when Aeon Cr was rm13 they sold down heavily and price dropped to rm10+. Then the started collecting. I also noticed from rm18+ they sold heavily. However of late below rm16+ they have been collecting. What yr take on it?

Today SC gave approval for Perpetual notes issue. Will be managed by Hong Leong Bk. Hope now they will declare dividend or bonus issue as rights issue will not take place. Lets wait and see.

Think Ho Hup, as long as its under PN17 may be difficult to privitise. Moreover a regularisation plan has been mentioned & in place at the recent EGM for it to come out.. Lets wait and see

Went up by 0.82sen today thanks Kevin. However Aeon Cr never split 10:1. I don't remember it hapening. However I amy be wrong See Fu. Ha Ha. From the time I hold this share its a rm1.00 par value. Only gave Bonus once, last year 1:5 ( got 5 lots give 1lot)

Kevin I was just commenting as a bit surprised. Bought a bit of this stock in Nov 2010 for 3.80. Received Bonus last year 1:5. Still holding. Glad I am. Only regret did not sell out at rm18+ beginning this year. Could have bought back at rm15+. Anyway that the game.You win some u lose some. I hope our dreams of rm20.20 come true.

Don't forgot 70 to 80 % of loans given out by MBSB are to civil servants. There is also deduction from source i.e. from their salary and remitted to Angksa direct & channeled to MBSB. So MBSB has a slight advantage when receiving Loan repayments and bad loans will be less

Kevin Gibb: Thanks for posting. As I see it the rights issue if called may be small as expected by you 1:10. Not many here hold 10 lots. If 1:10 it may be in the region of rm1500. Aeon Cr could sweeten it with a BONUS???????. However all this is to strengthen the Co. Most important is good management and good shareholder return (Dividend).
Wait for end Sept to see Aeon's plans when results will be announced
