Aeon Cr just declared a div of 29.6sen. This is an improvement over last yrs final div of 24 sen. Hopefully the co. will keep increasing its div and follow it with a bonus issue soon

Now its warrant D. They screwed our money by selling off their Warrants A, B & C. Now they propose Warrant D. I have bailed out off this co. I have no confidence or trust in it anymore. Time for members of public to bail out. If less than a certain % of shares by public the co shares will be delisted. Teach these fellas a good lesson. No hope at all. i have held it for 3 years and now just sold ALL. Enough is enough

Ya hold till when. The directors are fighting each other and they will have no time to run the company well. Each is trying to oust the other. So where got time. If the battle is long drawn we are sunk. Money tied up. Look at Canone and Kian Joo also directors going to court and this has been going one for some months/years. You make the choice. I think there are other counters where div return just as good and no problems. As for me this counter is a no go. I would prefer , huayang, tambun ,Mkh, matrix and even wellcall.

This has put a bitter taste & fear in investors. Protosco was a good stock paying quarterly div. However I gave up esp when there is a boardroom tussle. Can take months/years to settle. Good example Can One and Kian JOO. However I still like this stock and will wait till this hurricane blows over. Who knows I may be able to buy it cheaper after selling when the fight started.

Same here muscle. First why did they get involved in Oil which they know nothing about ? while their forte was roads and construction. Profits were made & shareholders were happy too. Then came this oil business. WHY ? WHY? Was it to do some siphoning at shareholders expense. All of them are to blamed for this saga. They should have just 'do what you can with what you have' Instead now shareholders in the lurch. This will end up like Kian Joo & Canone. years and years fighting in court and share price stagnant

This shows Chong, typ & ooi all have no consideration for the shareholders. Share price being bashed. If they had been responsible directors they would have not got into this mess and put the co.into this. Now all has been lost & I will not touch this co. with a 10 feet pole. So much for all these selfish fellas

I look back at Inari. It was April 2013 and was 50sen. Today after 1 year 7mths it is around 2.95. Thats a return of 500% over 1 and half years. Could this stock follow in its footsteps. Nothing like holding on to a GOOD stock and waiting. Some heartache here and there when hiccups come. Have bought into IFcam and see how its going to perform in Nov 2015.

As long as the management is not willing to share the profits with the shareholders by giving good quarterly div like wellcall it will go nowhere. This is because the directors are selfish. Warren Buffet also said he likes companies that pay consistent incremental div

Jokerforever. Agreed with you the capital outlay is too much too handle. LA have to fork out 30k & Rights another 10.5k not counting mother share investment of 21.5k. Thought will move on as the wait will be too long. Moreover many more counters. Happy with 10.5k profit made over 45 days.

Decided today to take profit on this counter as I feel it has become TOO BIG. The paid up capital has exploded overnight. Wondering if it can sustain growth and pay div. Will also be collecting the div of 3 sen ex 3/9. Sold ALL, Mother share @ rm1.23, OR @ 44 sen and LR @ 17.5 sen. Thanks for the ride. Bought on 1/8 before split

What do you expect when you buy a stock that has got relatives from the Belarjay Group. All the same they screw you brother & brother. I will never touch any Belajaya Group shares or their brother brother/ sister sister. good Luck

In order for Latitude to be a loveable stock by investors it has to lift this selfish attitude of keeping its earnings,& showing us its hord of assets/cash, & pay quarterly like Wellcall. look at wellcall's earnings not great, but pays consistent div every Q. This is what Investors want and hope for. Insas is another stock that hardly moves cause directors are selfish and don't reward shareholders. As such you can see the share hardly moves

Hi coolio, I am new here. Thanks for the insight into Latitude. Only problem the directors seems to be too tight fisted (stingy) with the profits and not sharing with the shareholders. If only they declare a % to be given as div it will help the stock.

Kian Leong Lim May i draw yr attention that Aeon was a par value RM1 share. It split into 2 so became a 50sen share par valur. When it gave a bonus of 1:1 it still remained a 50sen share. Think yr statement that its a 10sen share is not correct/wrong. Please be extra careful when stating opinions. Have you a motive here in saying its a 10sen when its a 50sen share. Please check
