2 year old news! Whats happening

Thanks Philip for yr info. However me being a 75 year old retiree find some parts a bit difficult to follow. However no worries. I have picked up a few lots of P.CHEM Yinson & Top Glove for my children and hope to see them grow and flower in the years to come. Will be adding on to them when finances permit at regular intervals. Again thanks and a good night

What is there to give TP. Go check company's performance and if you feel will be a good stock & reasonable div then go buy place under pillow and sleep.Waiting for mango to ripen also will depend on the season etc.

I find this blog very educational and pleasing to read. Not the other blog where there was so much biting and criticism of the other party. We are here to learn and invest our hard earned money. Arguing for arguing sake is fruitless and not beneficial to anyone. To each is own. However belittling others is not what we are here for. Sharing and learning is why we are here for. Philip, thanks for the sharing. You have taken on all the hard work of research etc.off many of us. . A balanced and very informative on P.Chem. As being a retiree and a long term investor I can sleep better. The div is also improving.At last count its as good as FD rates.

Why is there so much snide and hurtful remarks here? If someone wants to put forward his ways of investment lets just accept or reject. Not necessary to be hurtful in the comments we make at all. Lets learn to live and let live. Genuine questions and information is I am sure most welcomed by the writer.

No worries Philip. We are all here to learn. No one is infallible. What about a comparison between LPI and Aeon Credit. Accepted they are in different spheres of business.

The news of special div was made some 2 years ago and till today shareholders still holding the 'begging bowl' and waiting................ Might have invested in so many other shares and made profits. Seems the BOD are still waiting for the sky to fall. Totally unfair to the investing public

PH should sit down with Gamuda to renegotiate the price of contract. If Gamuda disagrees to lower cost then remember them well. This present contract go along but blacklist them and no more contracts for Gamuda as long as PH is in Putrajaya.
