Kongxkong,Thanks for yr observation. Only way is to buy good stocks hold, collect div. Besides Inari I had bought in 2013 Aeon Cr. Last year went into Pentamaster (but no div) and Superlon, also a good div stock.

In 2/1/ 2015, Inari had a right issue of 1:8, 4/1/2016 a bonus 1:4, 19/1/2017 Bonus 1:1. Will there be anything to celebrate for 2018 from Inari?? Company has done well. No regrets of sitting on Inari since 10/2013

Have sold off all my LA @ 1.18 and bought into the mother share @ 12.76. Div wise a bit less but chance off capital appreciation of mother share . Have been sitting on this stock since 2010. Very good returns

This company has a lot of cash but the div has been getting less over the years. However they use the cash for inter company loans and charge only 3.75%. As shareholders I am sure we can get more from FD if the div was increased.. Using our money for cheap loans to sister company.

Just checked with the bank. My cashier order for AEON LR & Excess has been cleared. Meaning the issue was undersuscribed

Unconsciously I have being doing this but not realizing the 3 different actors(Angler, Drift Wood and Surf rider). My 3 stocks die die hold since 2012 ......Aeon Credit, Panamy and Nestle. Till today 4/8 bonus shares still not in account however directors receiving bonus shares into their ac. Dated 3/8 on Klsc website today. How come. Thought all supposed to be same time. Registrar sleeping or intentionally done to allow directors to sell first.

Sort term may have some hiccups & pain, but over the next 2 to 3 years you will see the 'flowers bloom'. I have held Aeon Cr since 2010 and have no regrets.My only regret was not investing more in the company. Just remember that the stock market is where ' wealth is moved from the impatient to the person who exercise patience" However yr choice of stock is VERY important and has to be a 'growth' stock.

My understanding. Soon there will be a form sent to shareholders to subscribe for their entitlement of ICULS. After that the ICULS will be traded on Bursa as a stock just like Thong Guan ICULS. Anyone can then buy the shares.Shareholders who dont convert to mother share will be entitled to interest payment of 3.5% for the next 3 years. On the 3rd anniversary 2020 there will be mandatory convesion to mother share.

Patrick, Think I will go along with yr reasoning. So you have to subscribe to enjoy the future growth of the co. As to the share price movement after ICULS listed,will depend on market forces and the no of ICULS converted to mother share

I smell that the earlier deals have fallen through. So now shareholders have to wait longer for the special div. Was supposed to be completed by 3Q. this will lead to disappointment and AA share price will tank

Patrick, Another point that leads be to this question is,Since The ICULS price has not been fixed yet hence how could the ICULS have had an ex date already.

Gd morning Patrick. And thanks for yr reply. My view is there has been no ex date for ICULS. The ex on 14/7 was for bonus. There was no reference or mention made about ICULS. So my question is has the ICULS gone ex yet? I may be wrong thats the reason I was trying to get a view.
