Good results. The last it rewarded Shareholders was in 2008. Its time for directors to seriously consider rewarding shareholders with div. Do not become a selfish co that does not reward shareholders

Stockmanny, accepted yr insight. But Gdex is just starting to grow. Cash reserves small and need for expansion. Latitude cash reserves rm5/6+. So why directors hording the cash? Thats my point. A co not willing to reward shareholder when reserves are big smells. Then again we all have our own ideas/thoughts. I may be wrong eventually but for now shareholders of Latitude can hold on to their xxxxx and wait..............

Latitude may have good cash balances and NAPS but directors selfish and not willing to share its wealth as div or sp. div with shareholders. Hording the cash for themselves. Would prefer Lii Hin as Co. more generous.

When I said 1:5 it meant if you have 5 lots u get 1 and not the other way round, Patrick so yr assumption of $3 is far fetched. While I agree with you no value is created for the co. by issuing bonus & I too would prefer div. However at rm15 how many can but this share?Just like Panamy rm31+. You have to adjust to the Malaysian scene & mindset. If you take Inari as an example you will see that if you had held it from the time it was 70sen and with the several bonuses you will be laughing to the bank. So you have to adjust to yr surroundings.No offence meant just my thoughts

The last they gave a BONUS issue was in 2012, 1:5. Do I smell one soon. Have been patient and hoping shareholders will be rewarded

i am a very small time investor. The last I read was KYY wrote advising us to buy Gadang. Then a couple of days later it was 'I made a mistake & see its earnings will be poor' So sold Gadang. gadang price plunge from rm1.10 after split and bonus. Reaches 90 sen and now KYY says been buying from 89 sen. Now that it has reached 97 sen wonder what he's going to say next. Confused!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with this counter. Held it for a long while. find directors not proactive & not listening to shareholders. Looks like they want to privatise this company for themselves. The lower it gets the better for them. No corporate exercise and will not increase div though flushed with cash. Same fate as Selangor Prop & Oriental.

Last day today for results to be out. Bad feeling cause waiting for last day. Hope its positive earnings

Great company. Have been holding since 2014. Been rewarding with div every Q. Maybe the management can increase the div for 2017 with a special div to the patient shareholders.

Am disappointed. Why is it that banks like PBB, AFG & HLB show profit even in bad times, but May Bk, Affin, CIMB, RHB, MBSB having poor showing. Is it the management. Go to any PBB and see how they treat customers and the speed they attend to customers. Compare this with May Bk & CIMB. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Beginner01, no of fence. We all here to exchange views and prosper together. My suggesting like Icon888 for quarterly div payment is to look after retirees who will have a steady return. Asking Directors to cut back is just a suggestion to sacrifice for the Co like us. Have had this stock for nearly 4 years. Happy investing to you too, brother

Going by yr logic the company needs to save to expand. Agreed. Then sacrifice must be made all round. Pray tell the directors to cut back on their fees too as they expect shareholders to sacrifice. Then directors should also lead by example. In good times we ALL (shareholders & Directors) prosper and in bad times we ALL sacrifice. So are the directors cutting back on their perks???

Yes, agreed with Icon8. Div given quarterly will enhance the price of the share and also keep shareholders happy. Something in the pocket every 3 months. This is what is done by Lii Hin, Welcall & padini to name a few. Hope someone at AGM will relay this to directors at coming AGM

I hope this excellent company is not taken private. So much cash in hand and directors not willing to increase paid up capital or give higher div. I can smell privatization. Hope my feeling is wrong. Any one can share yr thoughts

Its true. Just received Annual report. Hua Yang will not be paying any final div. Just the 5c earlier paid is for 2016. Since the shareholders have to tighten their belts in hard times as requested by the company, may I ask what is the sacrifice the directors going to incur to help the Co? Shouldn't they too reduce their director's fees. Maybe a 20% cut will be in order. Sacrifice/pain must be all round to grow the company. In good times we ALL are rewarded. In BAD times why only shareholders?

Beginner01,Bro think yr misread his report. FYI Hua Yang pays div twice a year. 5 sen + 8 sen. This year they gave only 5 sen. They have cut back on the 8 because of bonus. In other years even though they gave bonus they also gave div twice.

No final div. Very, very disappointed. Director did say last month div will be maintained. Gave in 2013, 2014 & 2015... but 2016 .......0

But he said he was the one who distributed the funds for his brother. He, being an experienced banker should have known better. Have lost all respect for this fella
