I pick ECOHLDS for a couple of reasons :
1). New Major shareholder took over at a higher price than now.
2). New Major shareholder has experience in construction sector. This help to transform the company from Digital Content to Construction.
3). The company was initially having quite a bit of net cash, almost equal to the market cap.
