Hope Scientx , Eco - World , SP Setia or IOI may take a closer look at Kseng land banks which offered good potentials in development in and around IDR . Lands prices had been locked decades ago with no valuation in sight . If take over , still considered under Agric lands and definitely pegged at a much lower value than other lands which had been converted and valued according to market rate. I Forsee that somehow the lands and most of them will be acquired by market sharks in near or medium term with supressed price. The management will not have any fight at all given that it was foreign owned and the existing land laws will not benefit them.
