The key questions to focus on whether there will be Tapering or not are as follows:
- Can the US government afford to pay higher interest rate on its new bonds and to refinance its maturing bonds with higher interest rate?
-Is the US government running a DEFICIT Budget?
-When will the US government return to SURPLUS Budget?
