Cut-off those insurance agents to reduce commission/cost; Purchase online should be cheaper. Introduce NCB 55% for those holders who have not claim a single sen, while charge extra LOADING 55% for those claimers! This will limit their "senseless spending" (i.e. esp for those who simply rush to hospital for minor minor issues just because it is claimable).

And some purposely stay 1/2 day at hospital (although not required/necessary) just to be entitled for claims!!!

Insurance agents are not the problem but the insured and health care operators are the main culprits.

insurance agent's task completes when the deal is completed.
They have no role to play in claims except to assist on goodwill.

life insurance agent get commission for 7 years! that's why insurance bloody expensive. cos must pay agent for 7 years!

The problem is not with the insurance industry but HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY especially GLC owned private hospitals.
