Sunway REIT, it's not an "actual" acquistion by shareholders:
"Issuance of units by Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust to its Manager, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd as part payment of management fees in units for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2013."
