的确沒有背景的朋友, 合资是最好的办法. 以前我太太还沒和我姞婚前就和兩个妹妹合资了兩间公寓, 一间自住另一间出租... 之前也有兩对情侣朋友合资買了公寓自住(但然大前題是很要好的朋友).
