The stock is currently been re-rated and is slowly catching up to reflect its fair value.

what drives a stock price?

a) when an influential person (financially) is the major share holder...and,
b) risk of takeover is imminent..either due to the intrinsic value of the company...or future EPS compared to its current Price.

Perhaps 'threat' for such big Mcap companies isnt there..

compared with eco...definitely ksl is a good buy in terms of EPS n others ! Eco very overpriced and PER >92x , a whopping 92 years to get back what u had invested is mind boggling...

Annualised based on half year results? Haha, Those who annualised EPS based on 9 months results got a shock when it reported a loss in Q4. Phase 1 of Canary already completed by Q1. Phase 2 no sign of commencement as at Apr when I visited the site.

Made so much money so what? Shareholders do not get a single sen while 4 Executive directors took RM24 million for 2013!

Made so much money so what? Spot on! If the big shareholders are not willing to share with the small shareholders, what can you do? It would be better to invest in companies like Digi who paid handsome dividend or even HuaYan who rewards faithful shareholders with bonus continuously for a number of years.

KSL, is for trading as long as the attitude of the big shareholders remain the same.

Most Undervalued Property Developer in Asia - sounds like something hard to swallow. And I think buffett and graham will only spent 1 min on this stock and move on. Not sure why everyone is so obsessed with RNAV. KSL revenue has grow over 300% in past 6 years but profit just 100% means EPS will be off the mark.

RNAV matters when a company is to be privatised, Investment 101. This is the rumours in the market.
