If you check through Ali Baba, you can find hundreds of supplier. This is a very very low entry barrier business and the end product has no distinctive advantage and treated as commodity. Prices for these fibers can fluctuate up and down from USD130 - 200. If you check all the supplier and producers, you will find that a lot of them are making loss. Why? Even if you compare the pioneer in EFB fibers like GGS, they are also making losses.
So, do you think this business is sustainable?
